This hotel is in need of serious renovation and updating. While not the dirtiest place we have ever stayed, it was not very clean either. Decor (including the bedding) looks like it hasn't changed since at least the 80s, maybe longer. The walls are extremely thin. My mother and I recently stayed at the Best Western Timpanogos in Lehi and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel!! This hotel was selected for me and I usually have not had good experiences in small town Best Westerns. I was very surprised. The room was very spacious, very clean. Staff was friendly. Room was nice but of course in a little town like most need updating. For some reason our room was always done last.On our last day it was 4pm and it still wasnt done and we didnt want to leave again in hopes of it being cleaned so I just asked for towels and coffee.It was nice... more
