If you liked motels from the 1950's you will love this place. Our room had only been superficially cleaned. A used piece of dental floss was behind the phone. Yuck! Other than that gross out factor our stay was okay. The shower was like a fire hose, so nice after a day of dusty hiking and the air conditioning worked... More

We were directed to Parry lodge because the hotel we went to was full, a good move. This is the original lodge where all the film stars stayed when making Westerns in the area. The blocks of rooms are spread out which in itself leads to the charm of the place. The restaurant was good for breakfast with a lot... More

There's something about little hotels where you park at your door... Parry Lodge has a lot of character, good pricing, cheap and good breakfasts. This time we were in the James Arness room - cute room but the walls are thin so you hear your neighbors' shower. But it's not unbearable by any stretch. We will happily stay here again!

The Parry Lodge has the history and the story but they don't have the people. The staff is friendly when pushed but excellent customer service doesn't exist. We also were told the hotel was SOLD OUT but there were clearly empty rooms from which we would have liked to choose. We were assigned to the Frank Sinatra room. Rooms while... More

We stayed at the Parry Lodge for two nights. I had low expectations for the Lodge considering pictures and some mediocre reviews. The lodge turned out to be quite above my expectations. We had a room with two queen beds (for 4 of us) in the back of the property. Though it wasn't one of the Hollywood star rooms, it... More

We loved this hotel where "the movie stars" had stayed, when Kanab and the Zion park area was the set for many Western and other movies. Several of the rooms had stars' names on huge door, and pictures and memorabilia in the he rooms. Rooms clean and comfortable, pool very nice, staff extremely helpful. A free movie is shown every... We stayed at the Don Knotts room, across from the Mother in Law room (which had a fascinating history). We were at the end, so the room was quiet, but the walls were thin-- our neighbors two doors down could be heard. The furniture was old, and the overall look was grey and dingy. The room was clean, and the... More

Stayed here for 5 days. Room was very dated (brown carpet that had probably been there for 20 years), plumbing fixtures needs to be replaced had to pull REALLY HARD to get the water on and thought the sink might break and the the shower... well, it was coming out of the wall (forget the bath, no stopper). Bedspreads were... More

Nice little place to stay. It's fairly priced for the quality of your stay and is very spacious with lots of trees. Very central to Kanab, with Bryce NP, Zion NP and Coyote Buttes an hour away. The lodge has a swimming pool, breakfast is not included.
