If you have to stop in Kanab, suggest you stay somewhere else. Dirty carpet, inadequately cleaned bathroom. No bath mat provided, toilet roll not replaced and air conditioner new but noisy. Curtains covered unit so had to tuck them away. Staff fairly friendly and breakfast not bad but this did not make up for other faults. more

We stayed here as a group of five for the Memorial day weekend. The rooms were clean and large, and the beds were really comfortable. They also had all basic amenities plus free wireless and a heavy breakfast (which was actually more than what we got at a fancy Vegas hotel that weekend). The service was quite prompt despite them... more

My adult son and I stayed for one night on our way to visit Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. This hotel was very pet friendly. The room was large and had the standard refrigerator, coffee maker etc. I found it clean with no smells. The breakfast was a surprise as they served waffles as well as the standard cereal and sweet... more

Free wireless in rooms. Big rooms with fridges. Wide hallways but no elevators. Decent parking. Some 2nd floor rooms have balconies looking at the red hills. Clean. Lots of restaurants near by and within an hour of Zion. I didn't have the problems the previous reviewers had. It's a standard budget and about what I expected. more

Reviews caused me not to opt for this hotel the first time around, but our stay was fine. When we unexpectedly ended up in Kanab twice, chose not to return to our first motel, the Quail Park Inn, but switched to the Best Western (which was clean but pretty run down). The location is a little noisy, but virtually every... more

I should have read the reviews and avoided this place, but I didn't. There is nothing to recommed this motel. It is a failure from every aspect. Although we arrived before 5:00 PM we were given a second floor room in the corner and they wouldn't change it. The room was dark and dreary. The stairs are from the 50s... more

This hotel was worse Best Western hotel we stayed during our Utah/Arizona/Los Angels trip. Housekeeping was very poor and service was lacking. We had two rooms and the maid didn't come to the second room for service. The bathrooms are unclean. We paid higher prices for the rooms in Red Hills than anywhere else on our trip and we will... more

Stayed 3 nights. Room was clean and spacious. Called ahead to mention anniversary, they had roses & vase waiting in the room, nice gesture, no charge. Breakfast spread plentiful and constantly refilled. Hall near breakfast room not always clean. Desk staff helpful with dinner suggestions and attractions. Free internet computer in lobby, very helpful in daily trip planning & checking... more

Don't believe everything you read in some of the guide books. This is one to AVOID. The rooms were dirty (so dirty in fact that the head housekeeper had to come down and clean our bathroom). It was one of those places you get stuck in and you don't want to touch ANYTHING, just escape from as soon as possible.... more

The hotel was conveniently located for day trips to the Grand Canyon and other national parks. It's in a great little town with atmosphere. The hotel itself could use some updating on the inside. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, but the common areas could be more inviting and cleaner. The outside parking and corridor areas needed sweeping. The... more
