We arrived late at night and were greeted with politeness and helpful staff at the front desk. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The little balcony was nice and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery from our window. Breakfast was yummy and very nice. Will go back someday.

We were happy for a short stay of two nights. It was nice that we had two sinks in our room, one in bathroom area and another counter in area to get ready. Pet friendly room, very clean. The only problem was a gap under the door.

Kanab is a great little town that serves as a jumping off point for Zion and Bryce and all the other parks in the region, as well as Best Friends Animal Sanctuary (about 5 miles away). Most of the major hotel chains are in the town now - we stayed at Best Western because of a Groupon and because they... More

The grounds were being remodeled, we had a large group with trucks and trailers, the parking was tight. The hotel is dog friendly with area to allow the dogs to have some room. Rooms were good, this is off tourist season for them. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good, this is the first hotel where there is plenty of... More

Another motel in Utah that doesn't really stand out. All it takes folks is someone pleasant when you check in AND not a list of rules. Room was okay; nice pet area. Breakfast was pretty ordinary. Grounds were not nice and lots of garbage.

Dear Debbie, I'm sorry to hear you found our service less than friendly. It is our goal to make every guest feel welcome and make sure they enjoy their stay with us. I am unable to find your record of stay on file (perhaps it was under someone else name?) but I would be very happy to discuss your stay,... More

Love that Best Westerns always take pets, I appreciate my cats are always welcome. Service and hotel are always always always amazing! I have driven across the country many times and most of the time I have had one or both cats and I appreciate that they are always welcome.

My wife and I went to Southern Utah to visit the National Parks. After visiting Bryce Canyon traveling to the northern rim of the Grand Canyon, we decided to stop for the night. The hotel was an older hotel which could use some renovation. Kanab was a small little town that you would usually pass through. However my wife and... More

Thank you for your review. While the hotel is not brand new, it is very well maintained and we are taking advantage of the winter to do some improvements, such as new carpet in all rooms, new walkways and railings, new locks with RFID readers and much more. Breakfast is downstairs but I would hardly call it a basement....on the... More

Room was drafty, had to place towels under door to keep drafts out, Wi-Fi barely worked even at 2 a.m. Hotel is in a nice quiet area with Western Movie history, only two stop lights in town. Everything closes down at 6 Mon-Fri, but one restaurant does stay open until 8:00.

Dear Kaye, I appreciate your review. Many businesses shut down early in the winter in Kanab, come spring as business picks up the shops and restaurants stay open much later. I hope you get the chance to come back especially in the summer when Kanab is at its best! Regards E Nelson More

Coud not believe the value for the price. Beautiful clean accommadations. Great staff and nice breakfast. Room was quite large and we had the best nights sleep of our trip. I can not wait to go back and stay again.

Stayed here with my mom and my daughters while visiting Best Friends Sanctuary. The staff was very friendly and helped us with restaurant suggestions. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. I would definitely stay here again.
