This hotel is lovely from the outside, the lobby is attractive but the room was small, the windows were exceptionally dirty, the towels and the bathrub were stained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The decor was lovely, the breakfast delicious, and the staff very helpful to us. We are recommending this place to our grandson and his bride for a honeymoon. more

The management is VERY RUDE. They have no problem renting out a defective room and then kicking you out because you complain. BUYER BEWARE. more

This Inn is similar to a B@B. Its ok but not any better than a Holiday Inn express and its 20 dollars more $. I would stay at one of the many motels in Kanab for 50-60 dollars. Its just overpriced. End of story. more

Shortly before we arrived in the evening, there was a power failure in the area. Nice hotel- the place is fairly new but they have tried to re-create the feel of an old fashioned B&B estate. We liked it's originality! Couldn't stay for breakfast, but it looked very good! more
