We stayed here between Bryce and the North Rim. I did not know what to expect in Kanab, but it seemed to be one of those areas that is close to a lot of things. And this hotel was certainly close to Kanab. The breakfast was cooked to order and one of the better hotel breakfasts on our trip. It... more

We pulled in late at night, thinking that we could easily find a place to stay, since it's off season for traveling! We were so excited that the first place we came to was Victorian Charm! It is very inviting and the beds were so comfy we quickly fell asleep. It was so sound proof that we slept through our... more

We stayed at the Inn during Thanksgiving weekend. There was a woman there who was causing quite a fuss. She had a fight with her husband and left their room. Then she insisted that she was going to stay in the lobby and sleep on the sofa! The owner offered to comp her another room and tried to get her... more

We stayed here for 2 nights ans it was terrible. The room smelled like urine. The sheets had stains, liked it wasn't washed, but left by from the night before. We told the owner, but he was not willing to do anything about it. more

A beautiful well-run inn in southern Utah...near north rim Grand Canyon and Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. Inn had beautiful Ethan Allen decorated rooms with a comfortable couch, bed, good TV, and jacuzzi tub in a huge bathroom. Inn appeared to be under five years old. Inn was clean. Wireless internet was fast and worked great. Breakfast was full... more

Hotel with a B&B feel. Large room, comfortable queen bed. Quality furnishings, linens, pillows and towels. In room jetted tub (no shower), fireplace, ceiling fan and A/C. Very soundproof rooms so very quiet and restful sleep. Free wi-fi and parking. Huge breakfast room with hot, delicious breakfast cooked to order and a large variety of other choices. Polite, friendly staff... more

My family (my wife and three children) rolled into town quite late last week and found this INN to be just right for us. The room was very large and had a king sized bed and a queen sized hide-a-bed. Our son was provided with a handy fold up mattress to sleep on the floor. (Our son is 9 years... more

Beautiful, clean room; only drawback was the jacuzi tub had a hand held shower and it sprayed all over the sheetrock walls above the tub - no curtain or surround. Kitchen staff was very friendly and made great breakfasts but the front desk crew were rather stand-offish. more

This is more of a hotel than a B&B but it is a great place to stay in Kanab. The rooms are large and very clean with nice size bathrooms. It was quiet even though the place was full. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices and you could pick the time you wanted to eat. The lady at the... more

We stayed here for one night of our long road trip throughout Arizona, Utah and Colorado. Compared to the other places we saw from the roadside, this one looked the nicest and cleanest. We didn't investigate any other hotels in town though. The rooms were very large, very clean, and ours had a hot-tub (which was VERY loud!). The breakfast... more
