The lobby is gorgeous and the rooms are very nice. We stayed in the king with the large bathtub, which easily fits two. The breakfast was okay. Better than a motel breakfast but not as good as a restaurant or homemade. Customer service was great. We decided to drive to Kanab a day early. We came to this hotel, where... More

Probably the best welcome we have ever recieved at a hotel, Ron and Kevin rock the hospitality scale. Friendly and kind to everyone that walks through the door. The hotel has obviously been through an upscale renovations. Rooms have fireplaces and Jacuzzis , beautiful furniture, and added touches like plush robes. It is also reasonably priced. We paid almost 200... More

We had a very pleasant three night stay at Canyons Boutique. The rooms are good sized, the beds are very comfortable, and the remodel is very well done. As with all older properties, there are issues that you won't find in a brand new place. There is no elevator, not a big deal as there all but one room are... More

Lovely small town, we walked about 6 blocks to Houston's cafe. This hotel is Victorian style, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. They serve a nice breakfast & their restaurant is due to open in June. They provide complimentary bicycles.

The building is mostly finished from being refurbished and converted from what used to be called The Victorian Inn. It is an older property and cosmetically it appears nicer than it really is inside. They had a side door which said it was locked between 11PM and 7AM, it was kept propped open with a rug under the door the... More

The only part of the hotel that we actually experienced was the elegant lobby and breakfast area. The food was similar to that offered at other hotels, but was prepared nicely and served in a pretty environment that made it seemed better than the rest. The purpose of this review is express our gratitude to the staff for working so... More

Our best hotel in the ten years we have been coming out. Carrie, Ron and Kevin were working the four days we were there and we have never been treated better at a hotel. They were always making sure we had everything we needed. This is so unusual in this day and age. Kevin was exceptional due to his young... More

We stayed in the "penthouse" - a 2 BR suite on the top floor. Very nice and quiet, too. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Recommended a great place for dinner within walking distance.

A very comfortable hotel with very friendly staff! The bed was great and lovely to have a warm spa bath after an all day hike! The free breakfast was okay but rather let down by plastic cutlery and paper plates! But definitely a hotel we would recommend.

The recent remodel of the lobby is garish and does not reflect the architecture of the hotel. The staff informed us that a new restaurant would soon be opening in this space. So I suppose that space will no longer be available for guests. The breakfast was crowded with guests from their sister property across the street. The layout didn't... More

Robert, I am sorry you where disappointed with the remodel, perhaps you should have viewed the online photos before visiting? We were personally very tired of the dark, dreary, red brothel like wall coverings and the front desk which took up the majority of the space and was so large our staff could barely reach over it. We were also... More
