The property may be old but it is very well kept. Extremely great value for your dollar. The are very friendly, knowledgeable, and care about their customers. Was very satisfied with how clean the rooms were, and the bedding was also well kept, and the bed slept very comfortably. There are many hotels in this town but my next trip... More

Terrific location and value. The property is not glitzy or new, but is impeccably maintained and provides a great value for the price. I've never seen a cleaner motel of this age. We stayed in a 2-Bedroom family unit, it was nice for the kids to have their own space without having to book a second room.

This was a nice, clean motel. It was a little old, and the price a little high, but I imagine most of the motels in Kanab are pricey since it is so close to the Grand Canyon and other national parks. It was quiet, and I had a good night's sleep.

I made a res here sight unseen, but it's write up on the hotel site gave hints that it was old school...and that is bang on. This is right off of Route 66 (not literally, cos it's in Utah.) This place reminds me of all the road trips my family took in the 50's and 60's. All that was missing... More

A good remodel job, but starting to show just a little wear. I would stay here again. This is the best place for the $$, and location, location, location. Right in the heart of town. Fridge in the room, walk in shower, and good beds. No breakfast, but lower price instead.

The room was clean, AC was very cold and the 2 bedroom was spacious and comfortable. It was close to many shops and restaurants within walking distance. All staff were friendly and helpful. Parade down Main Street was fun to watch from front of room, and we still had access to street.

The cleanest room we stayed in the whole trip. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool is well maintained and refreshing. Stayed in an upstairs room it has a very nice balcony that we sat on and watched the evening storm roll in. Great time

Older motel, room smelled musty, but we had one of the older units toward the back. Since we reserved late and got the last of the rooms (we got 2 rooms, I'm only reviewing the one I was in), we probably got a room that wasn't used so much. Nice outdoor pool, very clean. Coffee but no breakfast. Room was... More

Big selling point: Clean. And it was definitely the cleanest place during our trip in the south western USA. The rooms are not very big and you got a queen bed for two. But the room has everything you need. A fridge, hairdryer, airco, heater, table and a place outside where you can relax and sit in the sun. Friendly... More

I stayed here for two nights, visiting Best Friends Animal Sanctuary (20 min away) and Zion NP (40 min away). I am quite satisfied with its quality and value. It was spacious and exceptionally clean, which I loved. I liked having a fridge and flat screen TV as well as heaters for the night time use in the room. You... More
