It appeared that part of the sign was missing, and that was a signal that this hotel was not maintained. In the first room we were given, the plastic waste bucket placed between the beds had water in it and the carpet was wet! Leaky roof! In the second room we were moved to, the wall was bashed in behind... More

Nice and clean room. Just a few details to remark. The A/C or heating unit is old and to noisy. The trash can on the side of the stairs was full. the staff attention was really good. Enjoyed a nice Breakfast.

This Hotel was fine For what I used it for (which was to spend the night because I was tired of traveling for the day) The room was huge, but needed a mothers touch. the bed spread, carpet, curtains, and overall everything, was worn out and old. The room smelled like it had been empty for a while, So I... More

We ended up at Rodeway because everything else in Kanab was booked. Now I know why the Rodeway was last to fill up. The room was not clean. In fact the cleaning staff was sitting in our room watching TV when we went to our room. The carpet was wrinkled and dirty. The bedspreads must have been 30 years old.... More

Our room was very clean and Steven at the desk was very helpful. We asked about a place to eat and his recommendation was wonderful. The pool area was very clean, although the pool was very cold and the hot tub was incredibly hot! Other than that it was a very nice place.

We only spent one night here and could not wait to leave. The carpeting was filthy, the shower was moldy and the mattresses were so old they were frayed around the edges. I was grateful to have two beds (for only two people) because this allowed me to take the top sheet off one bed and cover the old, worn... More

Our one-night stay was pleasant. Rodeway gets the basics right. Cold breakfast was better than I expected. Front-desk staff was very helpful. Internet was anemic. My only real gripe is that this hotel is wildly overpriced. What you're really paying for is access to Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks, which are within easy driving range, and the Grand Canyon,... More

We had driven 5 hours from Las Vegas on our way to the North Rim Grand Canyon and my father had booked this as a place to stay. It doesn't look much but the rooms were really spacious and more than adequate for what we needed. We had a fridge in our room which was two big queen beds, my... More

We thought we had a reservation elsewhere but found out we didn't. We were grateful to get a room and surprised that in a town that was full, Rodeway had room. We found out why. The room was musty smelling and I knew if I spent the night on the bed my back would tell me about it in the... More
