Very average hotel. I stay here for a night. The service was pretty mediocre. The room itself was alright, big enough to accommodate all your needs. Beds were made and service wasn't too bad. Pleasant stay over all.

To the Owner of Four Seasons Inn: I noticed it took you 3 MONTHS to respond to my review. First thing I noticed in your review was you stated I came in at 11:15 PM. I don’t have the faintest clue as to what group you are talking about as this is so far from the truth it is pitiful.... More

Turbo-G, Please let me begin by expressing my deepest apologies. I was not the one there to check you and your father in and clearly the details of your checkin and stay were not given to me correctly. You are absolutely correct in the fact that that even though several of your complaints have since been fixed, they were not... More

We stayed there only one night and it was late when we checked in. The front desk staff was friendly and the restaurant next door was good and convenient. The room was not updated with a very small tv, but it was clean, the mattresses good and the price was very low compared to other motels.

Initially my cousin had reserved a block of 5 rooms for a wedding for about $50.00 a night per room. When my dad and I arrived we were told by the desk clerk she was told she had to charge "regular price" (which turned out to be over $100 a room per night. We really didn't have much of a... More

As you can see, this review is a dig. This night was one of our busiest nights of the year. This person's cousin is our restaurant tenant on premises. She asked us to hold for her (reserve) 10 not 5 rooms. She was quoted $89.88 plus tax. When the wedding was over they all came into the lobby at once... More

Extremely dated and the sheets smelled of urine. Lots of tour buses go through Kanab so make a reservation elsewhere if you want to stay somewhere nicer! I'm not sure why they call themselves the FOUR SEASONS, just a play on the name!

The carpet was dirty, the toilet hadn't been cleaned and there were hairs in the shower. The pop machine ate my money and the coffee pot in the office sat empty in the morning. Walked to the next motel over and they gave me a couple cups of coffee. Wish they would have had a vacancy.

Everything about the entire property is dated, but not in a good way. While the bathroom was clean, the faucets were very difficult to use and the shower head was almost too low for an average height person. The property is centrally located, but the rooms are noisy as so close to the street.

We had no other hotel choices to pick from and, at first, we were happy to have found a place with a room available! But then....we opened the hotel room door and stepped back into the 70's!! The walls, the bed linen, the wall lamps, the furniture, all dated back to the 70's! Which, we would have been ok with... More

What a great breakfast, it was only our second night in the u.s. and we were still a Little jet lagged but Debbie and Cher reminded us what was great about hospitality in America. Lovely breakfast, eggs were perfect and Debbies local knowledge was invaluable. This great grand daughter of the man who discovered Zion looked after us beautifully. Many... More

There service wasn't exactly friendly. But the room was clean and the location was fine. We stayed on the second floor and the clerk said the hotel was full for the night. We can't say for sure but we didn't see a lot of cars in the parking lot when we got up the next day. They did us a... More
