Red Mountain is beautiful and the hikes are wonderful but the service is extremely erratic. Before I traveled there I tried to contact reservations--when they didnt' answer the phone I sent an e-mail which was NEVER answered. Their website is hard to navigate and hides critical information like how far away they are from the Las Vegas airport and how... more

Just returned from my 2nd visit to RMS. This was a girl's getaway for much needed relaxing and pampering. We had a fabulous time. They kept us hopping with Hiking, working out, eating outstanding healthy food, attending workshops. I highly recommend the Soaring Spirit Facial. My esthetician, Nicole, was amazing. Personal trainer, Rebecca, leads fun and invigorating group fitness classes.... more

My husband and I are here during off-season (June). We were absolutely floored by all of the 5 star reviews because, quite frankly, this is NOT a 5 star resort/spa by ANY stretch of the imagination. There are lots of pros and cons to this place. First, the scenery and grounds are gorgeous and fitness classes and guided hikes are... more

If you’ve got the time and the money, this is a great place to: relax, unwind, rewire your eating habits, get jumpstarted on exercise. If you’re used to exercising regularly and eating well, so much the better. I go to the gym 3x a week, and found the 1-2 strenuous exercise classes to be as much as I could do.... more

The food was delicious. The scenery was gorgeous. The people were all friendly. And the spa was absolutely fabulous. I had a spa treatment every day and all of them were heavenly. I had no problems with the steam room and I never once saw a man in the relaxation room. There are very few men at this spa as... more

I had one massage and one facial, they were both great. As noted by others though the locker room is small, only on bathroom and the steam room was not always working. I also wasn't a fan of the relaxation room as it was co-ed and would prefer to relax without having to make sure nothing showing that shouldn't be... more

I am just worried about sending such a great review I may not be able to visit again for $199 per night!! This left more $$ for their amazing services.......all I can say is that I am definitely a spa person......but this is way over the top re their services. Everyone, and I mean everyone tries so hard to insure... more

I am thrilled that I found this place.. What a wonderful place to relax, hike, and or exercise. The resort is set at the bottom of Snow Canyon State Park which is where all of the morning hikes occur. DO NOT miss the morning hikes. Fantastic. Some guides better than others however, in the end, it's all about the scenery... more

I traveled here with two 30something friends. It was our first spa experience. We loved it! The food was great at every meal. Classes were challenging, but also not intimidating for people who aren't in great shape. There was constantly something to do! The setting is beautiful. Between the three of us, we hiked many different group hikes and love... more

My review is very late. I have been here four times in the last 6 years. Just this weekend I tried what I thought was a similiar spa (The Oaks at Ojai) closer to home in California. BIG mistake! Both spa's cost the same, but are very, very different. I love everything about Red Mountain spa. They put so much... more
