Run down hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms, but neighbors noisy with children running and screaming in the halls. Staff did their best to sort the problems, but not very successful for the first few hours. Breakfast not good and morning staff unhelpful. Would not stay here again

The only problem that I had was with their wifi. I stayed there for two nights. Had wifi the first day but nothing the second day. I complain but the problem was not fixed. Other than the rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast wasn't bad. The staffs were friendly and the rooms were cheap.

We were overcharged by $23. My receipt clearly stated one price, but when we got home the credit card was charged more. I called the hotel and they said they would provide a refund, but they never did. After disputing with my credit card company, I was able to recover the charge. The actual hotel room was decent, but not... More

We've stayed here two years ago during our Zion National Park visit. Though the hotel has aged more since then, it's still a good value. This Comfort Inn is on the outer edge of Hurricane and is located on a very open space (so far.) It's quiet and clean. The rooms are spacious but the bed we had creaks when... More

Despite booking a room with a mountain view we were allocated one with a huge tree outside so asked to change. There was some banter with the two members of staff at reception but they did eventually change the room with fairly good grace. The guy behind the desk when we left to go out to eat was less than... We stayed in this hotel for 1 night on our way to visit Zion national Park. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable, good internet connection, nice beds. Plenty of parking space and they let us to store our trailer for a few hours, so we could visit the park. The front desk staff Sheev who worked at night... More

The furniture was castoff was a Motel 6. The sheets were not Choice, but appeared to be from Walmart with 4" fitted pockets and a black fleck throughout the white. Every other Comfort Inn offers lotion and most offer conditioner. No way here. I received two Decaf coffee packets, but no regular coffee. This is the first time I've ever... More
