The Sleepy Hollow was a find. Rate was half of others in town, the room was 50ish but comfortable and spacious, the owner Kelly was personable and helpful. A traveler could do little better. It was melon season on the visit, and had to buy a few - it was mid August. Stop in.

It was late, we had driven all day and were hungry and tired. We saw the Vacancy sign and pulled in. This 1960's era "Court" motel offers little more than the basics... but it gets those basics right. Clean, comfortable and the owner at the desk was as nice, friendly and knowledgeable as you could hope for. I'm glad we stopped... More

I am starting this from my room. The desk clerk was wonderful, good sense of humor and kind. The room is dated but nice, there is a microwave and refrigerator. The room is clean but the bed and bedding has age on it. Some of the tile on the bath floor is chipped and the sink scratched up. For the... More

I've stayed here on four different occasions: with riding partners, solo and family. It is a motel oasis for me knowing a clean, affordable room with great staff is just down the road. I've toured the south-western USA by motorcycle for decades, logging 100's of thousands of miles on the back roads of America. This roadside establishment is, IMO, in... More

We enjoy staying at "Mom and Pop" motels while on road trips with uncertainties in timing of destination. We stumbled upon this motel when Moab was booked solid except for the most expensive of rooms due to an unforeseen Gay Pride event beginning tonight. We drove to Green River after hotel rate searches indicated much cheaper prices. We drove through... More

Although our reservation could not be located, the gentleman at the desk was very friendly and able to honor our request for a non-smoking room with 2 beds. I was pleasantly surprised at how CLEAN the room was. Even though it is an older motel and the wall prints are from the 80's, ( I know this because I had... More

Yeah they don't have a website, but it's worth making a phone call. It's pretty similar to the Robbers Roost, but cheaper, and the bathroom was a bit nicer. Quite clean. The office does close around 8 PM, so let them know if you are going to be arriving later than that.

Stayed here for a night before going to Moab. Room and bathroom were clean. WiFi acceptable for a packed house, though I assume it would be faster if we had stayed there when there were fewer guests. You can't call until 3 to make reservations and when we got back from eating dinner (about 930/10pm) the office was closed as... More

All the camping locations were full so we ended up needing to find a hotel for the night last minute. Most of the ones in the area had poor reviews or seemed a bit sketchy. The exception was the River Terrace hotel but at $175 for the night was more than we wanted to spend for just a few hours... More
