Stayed there on our way to Zion and Bryce cayon. Got it as most others were sold out. The place was very dirty and gross. Slept in clothes as beds were nasty. As soon as we got up, we just left. Did not even want to eat the breakfast and just wanted to leave. Did not even want to use... More

The rooms were clean, the beds firm and comfortable. Towels were thick and fluffy. The continental breakfast is basic cereal, milk and juice. The owner Raj was very friendly and helpful. My five year old grandson was treated like family. The property changed owners recently and is in the process of being upgraded.

We needed a dog-friendly hotel in a pinch and Moab was full. We were lucky to get a room here and we headed north back to Green River and had a delightful stay. The new owner is very friendly and conscientious. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and the beds are surprisingly comfortable. There's tons of space for dogs out... More

After checking in at the motel 6, being dissappointed and getting a refund, I went across the highway to the ABV. I was happy to find that the price was not much more than the 6 and about half of what they wanted in Moab, which is where I was going to stay but decided to drive the extra 45... More

We came to this motel by accident, did not know the previous owner has sold it. But we decide to stay and we love it. Ever since then, we stop here when we travel through Green River, UT from California. Thanks guys, keep up the good business practices.

I stopped at a couple of hotels before getting to Americas Best Value Inn and they were not a good choice. The new management was very friendly and helped us find everything we needed during our stay. Breakfast food choices were limited but better than some places. The hotel was clean and fresh and the room was large and very... More

I stayed at this hotel, all and all it was not that bad. The beds were clean, and so was the room.. The location is right next to the highway, wich is always a plus. This is just your plain ordinarily hotel.

The staff was very outgoing & showed that they cared. For the rate we paid, ended up being good stay and no complaints here. Would stay again, if we are ever driving through the area. They are with a new brand & under new management, they informed me, which is nice to hear.
