There is no question as to why all of the other hotels in Green River were fully booked and this hotel's parking lot looked like a ghost yard. I asked the guy at the front desk for a first floor room if possible since I was traveling with an infant and there was no elevator. He said there were only... More

I pulled in around 9pm after a long day of driving. I rang the bell at the desk and a guy dressed in a tshirt and cargo shorts emerged from the back room. The unmistakable smell of weed wafted into the front desk area (10 minutes later I saw another guy in his early 20s emerge from the same office... More

The ONLY reason we stayed here was because EVERY other hotel in this Podunk town was booked up and the Ramada only had one room as it was. We had no choice other than sleeping in the car and with just myself and my son I didn't feel that was a safe option. The guy at check-in was nice enough... More

Not only is this "motel" a disgrace, but management lied to our face on several occasions. When we drove up, no one else was in the parking lot. That's a very bad sign. We were with friends and had prepaid for 2 rooms over 3 nights. As we checked in, we noticed the pool was closed and asked about it.... More

This hotel was the only one in town with a vacancy and if there had been another available we would have demanded our money back and gone there. The room was dirty, one of the lamps didn't work, making the room dark. When I pulled back the curtain to look out the window there was at least an inch thick... More

To be honest, I felt a bit sorry for the manager. But not enough to refrain myself from sharing my thoughts. Ramada? I had initially thought that the brand would at least offer us a bit of comfort. Green River is not really a destination, and we were just passing through and needed a bed for our heads. So there... More

As I was waiting to check in, the couple in front of me were asking for another room because the room they were given had not be cleaned. Another guest was waiting for toilet paper - turned out my room didn't have any either. The clerk said breakfast hours started at 6:30am. At 7am, no one was at the front... More

Gross place, do not stay here. High schoolers appear to run the place. Carpet was stained and needed restretching in the entry and halls. The side entrance didn't need a card to enter, so there's not security there. The trash bin outside there was overflowing. The room hadn't been cleaned properly in that there was old soap scum where the... More

Unbelievably gross. As soon as you walk in, you can see brown stains and smears all over the walls. Don't touch anything. Everything from the handrails to the fake plastic plants are covered with a thick layer of dust. The carpets look like they haven't been cleaned, let alone vacuumed, in years. This isn't everything either! Believe it or not,... More

This place is appalling! We walked in at 3pm. There were no clean rooms available. The surly desk clerk informed us it would be 1/2 hr before it would be ready. The place was disgusting. The front doors were caked with all types of smears and there was a terrible odor in the lobby. We looked around and left. Please... More
