Very clean and well maintained, the campground hosts were very informative and friendly. We came here to play in a Disc golf tournament at the golf course in the park. You can play both Disc and Ball golf at this course as well as rent golf carts. T The property is beautiful with Views of the Green River and a... More

We were just passing through in our Class A RV and needed a place to park to sleep. The park is beautiful. Huge spaces with nice cement pads with quality picnic table and a fire pit/BBQ. Our site had electrical and water. There were lots of beautiful shade trees and green grass. Nice showers and bathrooms, and they were clean... More

We have stayed at the Green River State Park Campground several times and it still is a favorite. We usually take a site with electric hook up. The campground has a dump station which is free for those staying and paying for a site. Nice, cool grass, lots of shade. Nice bathrooms with showers, which are kept clean. It is... More

We stayed here one night in late June and it was full of flies and midges. It was very green and shady, partly because sprinklers are used a lot. But this attracts a lot of insects and we got badly bitten as well as getting annoyed by flies. We had partial hook-up for a reasonable price. The toilets and showers... More

We stayed 1 night (25$/night + 8$ reservation fee) with 30ft camper. I’ve made a reservation 4 months in advance. Partial hookup at most of the sites (=electricity, good for your airco), central dumpstation, sanitary station, flush toilets, good showers and a sink. Only 37 campsites, Water faucets scattered over the campground. Campground is situated just in the middle of... More

Excellent campground next to Green River. Paid $26 a night including elec. water and dump station on site. No cost. Showers clean. Park Ranger Ford excellent info. Great place away from crowds to camp and drive to Arches and or Canyonlands NP. BE SURE you look for State Park. Another RV park is near and much more costly and not... More

Besides the river 'Never' being Green due to sandstone geology, this basic campground is fine and price is reasonable. We never have reservations, ranger found us an opening of the last few. Electric only (when hot, AC is good) with the RV dumps and fresh water across the grassy sites, near the parking area for group activities. We stay here... More

We were headed to California and trying to find a nice campground along I70 was surprisingly difficult. Most got less than glowing reviews or they charged a really high price for barely nothing - a place to park and sleep. No real amenities to warrant the price. So we settled on Green River State Park. We stayed one night on... More
