Great KOA to use as a base of operations in the Moab, southwestern Utah area. We were simply passing through on our way home to California and decided to spend the night here and go to the John Wesly Powell musuem. The people behind the desk were super friendly and the KOA is well maintained and easy to get in... More

Like all the Koa campgrounds we visited it was perfect: tidy, clean, free wi-fi and kind staff. Incredibly, the pitches for the tent were grass covered, not easy in such a hot place. You can also find a nice pub very close to the campsite, where we could have a beer after dinner.

Very clean bathrooms and showers, although a bit dated. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating when we opted to check out 2 days earlier in order to be a bit closer to Capitol Reef. It's about 45 min from Moab, so it's a great base-camp for seeing Arches and Canyonlands. We would stay again!

We stayed here 2 nights. Gravel drive and parking. Grass between sites. Friendly staff. Nice clean well lighted bathrooms. Would stay here again. No cable TV. It's over a mile from the interstate so the park is nice and quiet. They serve over 25 varieties of coffee products for breakfast.

The tentsite is on grass and has a picknick table. Swimmingpool was a bit cold but clean. Hotwater showers . Breakfast is not very good, lots of different kinds of coffe and some pastery. Stayed for one night on the way to Moab.

Aside from the rude front desk, the spotty (at best) wifi, and only 2 shady RV spots, the flies were so awful we couldn't even sit outside, much less eat out there! There are a number of other sites very near here that HAVE to be better than this one!!

My husband and I stopped at the Green River KOA last night for an overnight before heading to Jordanelle State Park. We found full hook ups and a neat campground. The spaces are placed so that each camper is not so close to overhear the neighbor's waterheater cycling on and off. The people were friendly and check in was quick.

Older KOA, with no landscape appeal. The "grassy, shaded area described for 50 amp big rigs was non existant. Our space overlooked dirt/gravel. one tree that gave no shade & bits of dried out weeds amongst the gravel around the picnic table. Site was very Un-level.as well. Rig next to us had hooked up to our water supply and had... More

We're on a summer long camping trip. This place was overpriced. It was 49.18 for 4 adults on one "tent" site. There were no trees. Everything closed before the office closed- which was 7 pm. The whole place smelled like skunk and cow poo. I'm pretty sure we were put on an RV site, that is the only thing that... More

Wow, traveling the last two hours in 104 degrees across barren terrain, we just needed a place with electric to stop for the night. This KOA is pretty much all that's out here for a while going either direction. The park was fine and met our needs, electric hookups to run the AC, and boy did we - it never... More
