We have stayed here several times when visiting the San Rafael Swell area. Everything was as expected. Plenty of food for breakfast. Clean rooms. There was a small mix-up concerning a pet (we didnt have one, but they thought we may have)...when it was discovered on our charge statement it was brought to their attention, and handled within 24 hours. more

Ridiculous stay! The front desk staff was so incredibly lazy and that attitude was reflected in every aspect of the stay at the hotel property. Dirty pool, foul language, no towels and a laundry room with faulty equipment.
