This is a place we would like to return to. The room was comfortable and perfect for a family with two kids who hate to share a bed (we were in the Hole-in-the-Rock room). Huge bathroom with jetted tub -- again, a hit with the kids. We loved watching the horses and cows, especially the bull who likes to hang... More

We spent three nights here in early March. It was extremely comfortable, with fine views. The morning light on the cliffs to the West is superb. So was the breakfast, and the local advice. The wild turkeys that live in the river bottom paraded morning and night, marching through the long horn cattle. It is a great B&B in a... More

This was our favorite place that we stayed while we were on our winter road trip. We drove here from Moab after visiting Arches National Park and travelled south via Byway 24 and Scenic Byway 12. By 5:45 pm it was pitch black, and being city-folk, we were white-knuckling the drive to this Inn, as there were visable deer and... More

This little oasis is amazing. The rooms are beyond spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The food was a grand selection of homemade items. It is so obvious that every detail is performed with heart!

Don't have much too add to the positive reviews, the place was lovely. We stayed in Spooky Gulch; two adjoining rooms with a shared common "kitchenette" and bath. But do want to encourage you to reserve a place for dinner in their on-site restaurant. Absolutely wonderful food, service!!

Even better than the first . Joette Marie is gracious, welcoming accommodating -- but unobtrusive. We stayed in Sppoky Gulch - the kitchenette doesn't have much in the way of dishes and such. Joette will happily lend you everything you need - but if want to eat in your suite =plan for summer when you can eat outside!

Slot Canyons Inn sits back from the main road and is a charming, tastefully decorated accommodation where you wouldn't really expect it - just outside of Escalante, Utah. We spent 3 nights there and could have spent more. After a day of exploring the area by car and hiking, it was a treat to return to the Inn. As other... More

Joette Marie, your hostess, completed building the Slot Canyons Inn in 2006. The common area has wonderful art by local artisans - pottery, sculptured furniture, quilts, photography. The breakfast area has a large circular table inviting you to converse with other guests. We stayed in the Hole in the Rock Room (?), which had a large room with fireplace and... More

The Slot Canyon Inn turned out to be one of our favorite stops for this recent road trip. The room that we had was a double room suite. It was beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed, the nicest bedding I have ever seen in an accommodation. Big thick towels..hot shower- just a great room. This is considered a bed-and-breakfast, we did... More

This property is a gem to anyone who has traveled in the desert. The accommodations are quite top notch in a wonderful setting. However, it is a Bed and Breakfast, so be prepared for interactions with others more than a typical hotel. The soundproofing is a little under par for the rest of the experience, so if you are a...
