My wife and I were in town to visit the Manti Temple, and wanting to stay closer to Ephraim than Manti, we went up and down Main St. late on a Friday afternoon looking for hotels. The Willow Creek Inn appeared to be the only one open. (We heard there was one on the edge of town, but more rundown,... More

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was great. Rooms were cleaned. They provided us with extra pillows, blankets and towels. Very accomadating. Unfortunately, the next door neighbors yard, which was the view out our window wasn't so great but nothing you can do about that. Breakfast was fine.

The staff of Willow Creek Inn, in Ephraim, Utah made our stay very pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and cozy. When the hair dryer in our room didn't work, the staff promptly replaced it with one that did. We really enjoyed our stay.

Willow Creek was the closest place to stay for a family wedding. Room was clean, but furnishings were very dated. The free breakfast was very minimal. TV in lobby didn't work -- we were trying to watch basketball tourney games as a family. The morning desk lady was helpful but the evening gal didn't seem to enjoy her job.

I was visiting my student at Snow College. It was perfect for a GNO. It was easy to be there. I was a bit concerned when there was one person on staff for the first 12 hours, but she was available when I called and quickly resolved questions and concerns. Loved the country, friendly feel of the hotel. Reasonably priced.... More

My husband and I just stayed at the Willow Creek Inn in Ephraim. We weren't sure what to expect from a rural hotel, but were pleasantly surprised. The customer service was outstanding. My husband had a very important meeting in Ephraim the next day, so I requested a room that was quiet. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Although... More

We had six rooms for a wedding party. As people were filtering in, we asked the front desk if we could have a dinner party in their breakfast room. With an affirmation we ordered take out Chinese from across the street (adequate food by the way) and created our own banquet facility. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and unexpectedly... My daughter and family live in Ephraim and have for a 1 1/2 years. I have traveled here and stayed at this place over a dozen times. I love this place! The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the Continental Breakfast is outstanding. The Management is always friendly. I think what other guests do not understand is that this... More

Good things about the hotel: the rooms are quiet, ping pong table, computer in lobby, nice choice of yogurt for breakfast, good blackout curtains. Things to improve: the pillows are very flat, the beds are not stable (you can feel the other person moving), the tv is a small box tv, restocking rooms with soap, wash cloths, and shampoo, and... Thank you for the review We are pleased to announce that we have installed new 40" flat screen TVs in all our regular rooms. (Our luxury King Suites have always had even bigger TVs). We instruct our housekeepers to replace all used washcloths and towels and replenish any used shampoos. We do not throw away a partially used soap bar... More

This is my 2nd stay at the Willow Creek Inn. It's a little tired and dated, but fine. The reality is that pickings in this area are pretty slim, and at least this hotel has interior hallways. However, there are 2 areas that need attention by management: 1. The bedspreads are filthy - really disgusting. There have been several unknown... More

Thank you for your review. We do not know of a single instance in the entire history of the hotel where anyone has broken in to another guest's room. We use secure electronic key cards. These "time-out" after the checkout deadline, so they cannot be used after that. Also, as soon as a new guest uses their card, it automatically... More
