I've stayed here twice. The first time was perfectly fine. But the second time was HORRIBLE!! My friend & I checked in around 8:00am until tomorrow morning. Everything was fine until about 5:00pm. The manager came knocking on our door telling us we over stayed our visit. I explained to him we just barely checked in this morning. He told... More

The walls are thin as others have said. The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows okay. There is a fridge and a microwave in the room which was nice but being awakened after driving from Canada by little kids literally screaming in the hallway (because of being chased and teased- these were not little kids) was more than I can take.... We were referred to this motel by another that had no vacancy. The appearance from the road was not bad so we booked a room. The room was in a poor state of repair. The door had a quarter inch gap on the face with door closed. There was mildew in the top corner of the bath tub. The carpet... More

Avoid this hotel at all costs. It might seem like a good deal (or, like me, you may have been suckered into this "2-star" hotel by Hotwire), but you do not want to stay here. The room was dirty... sink, mirror, and tub were all visibly dirty and I am certain that the bedding was dirty, too. I didn't look... More

In less than 30 min of being in the room we found a large 4-6 in diameter blood stain that had soaked through the blanket, top, and bottom sheets. We asked for our money back but the manager refused to refund us. After lengthly arguing he transferred our room to one on the first floor with a window on ground... More

I stayed at the Crystal Inn for one night--and it was one night too much. The hotel was noisy due to highway and freeway noise, so don't expect to get much sleep. Security was almost non-existent--you can walk in any exterior door without a key. The worst part of the stay was the comfort of the bed and pillows. It... More
