This park far exceeded my expectations! We loved the Bryce View Campground: no generators, nicely spaced sites, very well maintained. We enjoyed the very nice showers. All the facilities were very clean and well maintained. The hikes in the park were wonderful. We hiked Shakespeare Arch trail and Angel's Palace trail and would highly recommend both. We especially enjoyed Ranger... More

It was our 4th camping night on our road trip. I did camping at yellowstone, grand teton and Riverside at Moab. Among them, it was our best camping night. It is in the middle of the nature. The most wonderful moment was the night. Lots of stars were falling onto my head. We were in the Bryce view camping site.... More

Amongst Utah juniper trees, this campground is very nice. Large sites, a building with flush toilets and hot showers, amazing scenery. It's a bit expensive to book from their website though, and quiet hours aren't really enforced, as the couple next to me used their generator until 10 pm which wasn't allowed.

Being so close to Bryce Canyon, few people actually take the time to come to this hidden jewel. Colors and rock formations are just as grand as any other Utah National Park. As for the camping, it has all you could need (Firewood, RV Sites, Showers, electricity, .....) but no food/restaurant. We camped (tent) on site 17. We were 3... More

We stayed here 2 nights. It is a beautiful campground. It has some nice hikes of it's own. The sites are fairly large and private. Campfires are allowed. The hot showers are really nice. We were tent camping, and actually got snowed on in May, so the showers were definitely appreciated. The campsite is a pretty long drive from anywhere,... More

We picked this park for it's name and size given all the other parks that we were visiting. So glad we did. The campground and surrounding area are gorgeous. The campground had all the amenities and spacious sites.

We camped here four nights. Very nicely laid out campground, surrounded by amazing scenery. The availability of hookups, showers, etc. was especially nice. This is a great place for photographers, especially in the morning & evening when the light is spectacular.

We spent 33 days with an RV tour group around the Grand Canyon. We were visiting all of the high spots, and had some free time to choose what we wanted to visit with limited time. We were in the area for two days and friends had already visited the park and suggested it wasn't really worth the trip. We... More

We arrived here in a torrential downpour that did not let up for the rest of the day. The next morning as we prepared to leave we were told the bridge was damaged and we were stuck. Good excuse to go out and explore the park, its only small but full of interesting rock formations and flora. Box canyons and... More

Arrived in Cannonville late afternoon & had a couple of hours to spare so decided to visit Kodakchrome State Park. Very little else to see & do in Cannonville itself, quite a rural location around Grand Staircase Inn. Lovely smaller park, no crowds & went to Shakespeare Arch (named after previous owners) apparently. Lots of interesting formations including chimney rock,... More
