After a couple nights camping with very little sleep thanks to noisy neighbors, we needed a quiet place to stay. The Lonely Planet review of Bryce Canyon Pines was pretty good and certainly better than the paper thin walls of the place close to the park's entrance. But this place was a massive mistake. We should have known the place... more

The room I had was adequate but not great. The food in the restaurant was nothing special. The male waiter couldn't be bothered to serve me or aks me if I wanted more coffee. I was served by female waiting staff only. Are Mormon males not allowed to talk to solo women travellers or something? I expect this kind of... more

We just returned from a 10 day trip to Utah parks, and followed many hints from tripadvisor.com on hotels and restaurants. We stayed last time at Ruby's and had bad memories of the food, so we tried this place this time. Was the second most expensive place on our trip ($95) and clearly the worst. The room was clean but... more

We found this place to be clean and quiet. Wish they had king sized beds, but the queen bed was comfortable. Pillows a little hard. It had been remodeled with new carpet and tub surround. The showerhead is way low for us tall people, and it was a bit claustrophobic because you couldn't see the ceiling of the shower and... more

When searching for a room near bryce canyon we found 'bryce canyon pines' on the internet. It was actually the only hotel with rooms available in this area. On line, we checked the "check availability or make reservations". This showed us a nice cottage with a fireplace and a kitchen with a full size fridge. Upon arrival into our "cottage"... more

Bryce Canyon Pines Motel is a very good choice. First because although you're at a good distance from the crowded motels right outside Bryce canyon, you still are at 10 minutes drive from it. Secondly because we were given a room just a few steps from the restaurant, which is... superb!!! Very genuine food, best hamburger and apple pie I've... more

We enjoyed very much our stay in a standalone cottage with King size bed ... and refrigerator & microwave for $ 90. (+ tax) per night (No breakfast included). Prices seems fair for the Bryce area and overall quality. The restaurant is also very good ... for anyone who appreciates 'family food' ... we liked in particular the fish plates... more

We checked into room 109 around 2:00 in the afternoon, with my family of five. Upon entering the room, we noticed immediately that there were no basic ammenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, or even a dressing table placed in front of the wall mirror. We turned on the air conditioner, went sight seeing & out to dinner. Upon returning... more

When we pulled up I got depressed because the outside appearance llooks like it hasn't been remodelled in about 50 years. However, the (small) lobby interior is nice and even somewhat charming. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and the beds firm. It looked like it had been remodeled recently, and although they didn't put a lot of... more

We stayed at the Bryce Canyon Pines Motel for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay. It is not the Marriot but we didn't expect it to be. The office staff was very friendly and the restaurant is very good. We would definetly stay there again and would recommend it to any one. more
