Stayed one night at Bryce Canyon Pines in a motel-style room. Room was updated, clean and large. Check-in is at 4:00PM which was a little late. Food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast the next morning were both good with good service. I liked that they would call your room in the evening when your table was ready for... More

This is the only restaurant worth the visit in the area besides Stone Hearth Grilled (more elaborated cuisine and more expensive). Very american decor and food. Tasty hamburguers and fries. Good selection of beers and fabolous pie desserts. Very professional and friendly service.

We went here on a suggestion from someone at Ruby's that they had great soup and pie. We ordered the clam chowder, and it pretty much tasted like Campbell's. It wasn't bad, but I guess I expected something different since it was supposedly homemade. Our meals were mediocre - not memorable at all. We ordered a piece of peach pie... More

We didnt stay here but chose to do the hour horseback ride over Dixie National Forest which was so lovely. We booked in the morning on our way through from Springdale to Bryce Canyon and did hiking for several hours in the park and then returned for a 4pm horse ride. There was just the 4 of us, my husband... More

I have to confess that I was frightened when we pulled into the lot at this motel. I'd booked it based on reviews and lack of availability elsewhere, and wasn't expecting the low one-story buildings facing the highway. We'd booked a "standard room" and when we unlocked the door after a long day of hiking, were met with a simple... More

We stayed one night and the room was clean and comfortable - soft sheets. Staff was very friendly upon check-in. The room was quite dated, but the proximity to Bryce Canyon was very good. Having the restaurant onsite was convenient. It was reasonably priced and the pie is quite good.

As others have mentioned here, this is an older property. If you're looking for granite counter tops and/or tiled bathroom floors you'd best book somewhere else (although given the selection in Bryce...). The people at this location, including the restaurant are all very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the "family suites" really are just about perfect... More

If you want to stay near Bryce Canyon but don't want to stay at busy "Rubys", this is a good quiet alternative. The hotel buildings don't look like much but the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. There is a pool that my kids enjoyed for a while. In addition, there is a restaurant on site that was... I stayed two nights at the Bryce Canyon Pines. My room was very clean and comfortable. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe here too. It is an older motel, so if you are looking for luxury, this might not be the place for you. However, I really enjoyed sitting outside the room looking at the distant mountains... More

This motel is about 5 miles outside Bryce Canyon National Park. The staff is very friendly and the lobby is pleasant and inviting. The room itself is very charming, with dual-lampshade light fixtures over each bed and wood paneling. The beds were sufficiently comfortable if not ideal. Had to chuckle at the tubed TV (not flat panel)...I thought the last... More
