Nice clean room. Comfortable and roomy. Very friendly staff. Nice pool and exercise room. The breakfast had a great selection. This property was not over priced considering it is in the middle of nowhere and one of the few places to stay at the entrance of Bryce Canyon.

Spacious room, clean and modern furnishing and deco. Loud heater but did not bother sleeping too much. Good location to stay overnight when visiting Bryce Canyon. Free wi-fi, decent breakfast & good coffee.

Excellent time and stay. Loved the scenery and comfort of the Hotel. Very surprised on how great the hotel really was. We will stay here again since Bryce is one of our favorite areas to visit. The breakfast was very good and well organized considering the amount of people that they have to serve. Great caring and friendly staff.

Room was average and not clean (dirty used tissue by the window and hair in the shower). After driving all day we were too tired to switch rooms. Be aware if you arrive after 9:00 PM you have no food options. Restaurants closed and no room service. One good thing about this hotel is it is very close to the... More

There are very few hotels near Bryce Canyon. We choose this particular one as it had the highest reviews on Trip Advisor. It's a newer property and did not disappoint. Since most of our time was spent in the park we didn't use any of the amenities. We did partake of the included breakfast. Since there is pretty much nowhere... More

This is truly the BEST best western I've ever stayed at. (Date visited: mid-March 2014) GOOD HUGE ROOM! We paid about $130/night - our room had 2 queen beds plus a sofa bed, and still lots of walking room. The bathroom was large with 2 sinks and a tub. Other amenities included a refrigerator, microwave, free parking, free wifi. Complimentary... More

This is a nice hotel with a big room (we had 2 queen beds and still had floor space). The beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and fast at checkin. Room was clean. The tv checkout option wasn't available but the front desk once again was speedy. The spa was open but due to the cold weather the pool wasn't.... More

The hotel is within 5 minutes of the park entrance making it a perfect location for accessing the park for early morning photography. Located away from the main shopping and parking activity, it was very quiet. We had a lovely view from our room, the room was very clean and roomy, and the breakfast was terrific with extremely attentive staff.... More

There are two Best Western's you can stay at Bryce Canyon. We chose this one since I read a review about BW Ruby's that wasn't that great. The Bryce Canyon BW was a great choice. I received a room upgrade due to my reward card status and didn't have to ask for it. The desk clerk was professional and friendly... More

Avoid the restaurant across the street at BW Ruby's Inn- It is overpriced and sadly the staff doesn't seem to know what they are doing over there, so don't waste your time. We went to the country store, got frozen pizza and microwaved it in our hotel room, I suggest anyone else traveling here to do the same. Or drive... More
