Having the word, “Resort” in one’s lodging conjures up expectations – have none when staying here. I found the accommodations to be as meager as my previously reviewed North Rim Lodge Motel. The front office people were pleasant and got me into my room without hesitation. The room was basic. Another facility that could use a modern update. The floors... More

This place is clean but dated. I think if they called themselves a "motel" people would not be so disappointed when they got there. It seems a bit pricey for what it is. If it weren't for the canyon this place would be a log covered motel 6, but not as modern.

This is a motel and at a little walking distance was a restaurant or a Subway. Having arrived early evening we were unprepared for the dramatic drop in temperature so walking about 300 yards to the restaurant was not welcomed. The food in the restaurant was variable. The fish was basic but OK but the vegetarian pasta was possibly the... More

The options for lodging in Bryce Canyon City are very limited. September being high season, the higher scale hotels were all fully booked and this was the only one with vacancy. This is a typical basic motel. It was thankfully clean. Beds were stiff and walls thin. Were clearly heard our upstairs neighbor get out of bed, walk to the... More

We cancelled our one night reservation after our daughter found less expensive accommodations , and after observing Bryce Canyon Resort, probably much nicer. Be sure to observe and understand their cancellation policy. The reservation was cancelled 20 days prior to the stay and we ended up paying for the one night. Of the other hotels in the area, all had... More

Every place was full in the area so this place really stuck it to you. WAY overvalued for what you have to pay. Old furniture, no wi-fi in the room, tiny old T.V. Some of the light switches did not work. Lighting was terrible and the wall paper was peeling. The front desk clerk was not friendly. I have written... More

This was our refuge from an absolutely horrid motel in Panguitch...and to us it seemed the lap of luxury. The room was spacious - an more importantly CLEAN. Yes the place is a little shop worn and it is not a "resort" but we walked in off the street, desperate to escape a hovel that required a 45 minute drive... More

Don’t let the name fool you – this is not a “resort”! We ended up here only because every other place was full. The pros: staff is friendly, it was clean and adequate for a one-night stopover. The cons: it is severely overpriced for what it is – the furniture looks like it’s been there since the place opened. Like... More

Everything is old duty, and smelly when some body walk in the second floor you have the feeling That the celling will collapse, It hurt me to pay high price for the dump. front door was hard to close.

Pretty bad. Worst part of our Southwest USA road trip. Dirty Needs rehabbed. Front desk nice. King bed had queen sheets. Slept on mattress. Nice view of freeway. Definitely NOT a Resort in any way shape or form. Only stay if it's the "Last Resort"
