Over my seven day road trip through Utah, my family and I stayed in many places. This is was not one of my favorites, but that being said, you are getting what you paid for. There are not too many options right around Bryce, so in terms of location, this was a great find. Price is reasonable. My family of... More

Stayed one night when visiting Bryce Canyon. To call it a resort seems a bit far out. The room was worn and dated, but clean. The shower was dripping all night and there was a very annoying sound from the tv when it was turned on. No Wifi in the room. The staff however was very polite and helpful. Also... More

We appreciate your review and you sharing your experiences with us. We have updated approximately half of our hotel rooms and continue to do more each year. When comparing our price to those of our competitors we are typically half of their rate during the month of October. We try to be a value proposition for travellers whenever possible. Again,... Nice clean little hotel near Bryce Canyon. We have visited over Thanksgiving break and it was pretty much the only option (except Ruby's Inn). Very cheap quiet hotel near restaurants and shopping. Short drive to Bryce Canyon.

When we checked in we were told we had booked an "economy" room. We never knew that when one requests the AAA rate or AARP rate it gives you an "ecomomy" room. The bathroom was dirty. The toilet was so low that it was almost impossible to get up and down from. The seat broke when we sat down. The... More

Reception friendly and helpful, with free drinks. But room very disappointing, just needs some money spent on the place and brighten up. The towels were a disgrace, thin and worn out, what would it cost to replace them, very little. Agree about the views and close to Ebenezer's worth a visit.

We booked this hotel after looking at Google maps and the reviews. And what a little gem of a place with quaint rooms looking out to the wild plains and mountains brack drop. The reception is a picture post card setting of a hunting lodge. The restaurant has to get a shout out as in my opinion the best in... More

i agree with Alice S. This place is not a resort! It's a shabby, worn out, tired MOTEL that should not refer its self as a resort. Had a room ground floor with battered up furniture, flooring that I was afraid to walk on, tired worn out bedding and towels. It was awful. We were booked in for two nights.... More

We arrived very late and the room cost us USD100 excl. taxes. The room was nice but very cold in the night. We had to switch on the heater. Wifi only in the lobby. Just good for a transit at Bryce Canyon.

I think the owner needs to take the extra money that he charges for the room and start major updates. Then he could charge the outrageous prices. The restaurant was ok. Beds were old, furniture is old, shower is old, electrical is old. Old and rundown.
