the customer service at cedarbreaks is horrible. they are the only hotel up top of the mountain and they must think that is a reason to be rude. i stay there every year on the group annual ski trip and every year it gets worse. the bartenders are the worst..guy named kevin i think needs to learn to be nice... more

We're an older couple who visited during the October "shoulder season" when things are VERY quiet at Brian Head and some of the resort's facilities were operating on a limited schedule. Nevertheless, we found the Lodge very comfortable and the staff accomodating for our needs as we did our touring of Zion, Bryce, and the surrounding area. Our "1-bedroom" was... more

Wespent 2 nights at this hotel whist visiting Zion and Bryce Canyons. Beautifully decorated, food excellent and not over priced, spa is available with treatments at an affordable price, beautiful indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, rooms very well equiped with mini kitchen and real glasses, bath with whirlpool and the bar was friendly and comfortable serving food also. All staff... more

My husband and I are owners of the time share, Monarch Grand, which this location is part of their options. The location is awesome but we were very disappointed with the Junior 1 bedroom villa. It appeared that this room wasn't used in a while. The bedroom was FULL of dust. The overhead fan was thick with dust so was... more

As tempertures are still in the high 90's and even 100's during September in Las Vegas, my husband and I wanted a little taste of fall and some cool mountian air away from the many city lights that abound in our Nevada home town. It was an easy 3 hour ride up to the Brian Head resort town. We had... more

We have stayed at this property many times during the summer months, with mostly very positive results. This property uses rooms that are owned by individuals that are rented as part of the property. Contact the property directly, because if you reserve online you will be charged a NON-Refundable service fee, even if you have a timely cancellation. Parking in... more

Don't stay here Unless you are a Mormon, don't stay here, they are rip off artists. My room had a coffee pot, but no coffee, and no filters to make it with. We were forced to go down to the lobby and pay six dollars for two cups of regular coffee, more than starbucks would charge for regular coffee. You... more

If you are expecting a first class hotel experience, then this is not the place for you. For example, the bathroom and towels are not exactly clean (unless you don't mind a fair amount of hair that is not yours), there is no central heat or cooling, and the preferred manner of heating the bedroom (where my 18 month old... more

What other hotel has a heated indoor pool, hot tub, restaurant and snowmobiles, sledding, horse sleighs and powder skiing an hour and a half from Vegas? Well maybe Vail comes close but the drive can kill you even from Denver, especially Friday noon on the 80, so hit this place! The restaurant is not even close to Vail quality, and... more

We arrived at Ceder Breaks on the afternoon of October 22nd after having driven from Death Valley. The front desk check in was quick and painless, they had everything ready to go when we arrived. Since this is off season, resturant facilities are limited to the Cafe' during the week, which was not open for breakfast, however we did eat... more
