First, I understand there was a heat wave the week we were there, and that no hotels in Brian Head have air conditioning, but they really needed to design the rooms in such a way that when they have hot weather in the summer there is a way to get cross-ventilation. When cooking in the really nicely stocked kitchen, which... more

Cedar Breaks Lodge has a great location. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in being at 4pm, we arrived about 6:30 pm and were informed that our room was not ready. We passed some time around the property and went to the room, which was still not ready. We waited in the hall while they finished... more

Fantastic mountain retreat, great rooms with everything you might need: comfy beds, fireplace, TVs in the living room and bedroom with DVD players, kitchenette with cooking and serving utensils and large fridge. We absolutely loved the place except for food. This is the only reason I did not gave the property five star review. The food in the restaurant and... more

Not only is this a beautiful place, but our experience was enhanced by the graciousness of all the personnel. We were quite late arriving and didn't have cell service to call and cancel our dinner reservations. Their response was to find out if we were still hungry (it was after the kitchen had closed) and then feed us. That more... more

We were attending the Utah Shakespearean Festival in Cedar City and wanted a different place to stay. We stayed at Cedar Breaks Lodge up at Brian Head. I highly recommend it. It was gorgeous up there, and not far from Cedar City. Its configuration is basically the same as a typical hotel room - maybe a bit larger - but... more

My family stayed at the Cedar Breaks Lodge for 3 nights in mid January. We had a one bedroom suite. It was great. The living room had a tv as well as the bedroom. The living room couch folded out to a bed and the bedroom has two beds, so it was great for the 5 of us. The mini-kitchen... more

We decided at the last minute to book the Cedar Breaks at Brian Head by recommendation from a friend. First let me tell you how WONDERFUL the skiing is, there is a whole mountain for beginners that was spacious and perfectly groomed, and then when you are ready there is a mountain that can challenge you at every level.. the... more

March 17 - 18, 2005 We stayed two nights in a one bedroom condo. All of the rooms were very clean with nice amenities. The bathroom was large and luxurious. The bedroom overlooked the mountain and had a large TV built in custom cabinets. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances. Everything you need to cook a complete dinner... more

We stayed for only a couple of nights in one of the two-bedroomed suites (villas) and loved it. The kitchen was clean and had everything you might need for self-catering. Both bathrooms were also spotless and wonderful decorative touches as well as spa-baths. Each bedroom had the most comfortable beds from which you could watch TV, warm your toes with... more

Front Desk personnel extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very nicely decorated - we opted the junior villa - cheapest, and were pleasantly surprised with small fridge, microwave, and dishes. Beds were hard, room temperature very uncomfortable. We ate in the cafe - once. Very bland, not clean. All in all, overpriced. more
