We stayed at the Grand Lodge in Brian Head in July. At an elevation of almost 10,000 feet, we enjoyed wonderfully cool mountain air. Take into account that the elevation might take a toll on you the first day you are there. I normally live at an elevation of 4500 feet and even I was surprised by the adjustment I... More

very nice property ( the best in Brianhead) some issues that I could overlook because I realize staffing can't be easy for them with the nearest town of any real size 30 miles away.( try employee housing as an incentive to get more staff) The front desk clerk at check in could not take time away from texting on her... Thank You for your comments regarding your recent stay. It does sound as if overall we did a decent job of providing the hospitality for which we are striving. I am sorry that we had a staff member who evidently forgot temporarily what our goals are-Our guests are and should be our top priority, especially if they are standing before... More

I have been visiting this lodge since 2009. I have seen it go from private ownership to a chain and back to a different private owner, yet it has always remained beautiful, welcoming, and unique. I stay here twice per year when I visit the area and will not consider other lodgings. Rooms are well kept and spotless, and the... More

We stayed at the Grand Lodge at Brian Head for one night in June and we had a great time. It was our favorite hotel of our road trip.. The rooms were great, very cozy and clean. This place is great! My family and I stayed here for 3 nights in June. Because it was during the off-season, we got a discounted rate (stay 2 nights, get the 3rd night free). The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, while the staff was courteous and genuine, greeting us each time we walked through the lobby. Unique touches make... More

We stayed here 2 nights and had a great experience. Rooms are really comfortable and the spa and cafés were very impressive! Food was fresh and delicious. We both agreed that a trip back in late summer was a must. Both for the Spa services and the endless outdoor adventures.

My wife and I stayed for one night. I had a headache so I went to take a shower at about 1:00 am no hot water. I went and reported this to the front desk and they indicated that they found out about this around 11:00 pm but had to wait until morning to get a part to fix it.... More

I am very sorry about the hot water situation you experienced during your recent visit to our hotel. You are correct in your observation that we weren't very busy and one should expect a more attentive response to something as negative as having no hot water. We failed at nearly every turn and there is no reason nor excuse. You... More

Our family had never been skiing before. BrianHead was our first ski resort experience. The DoubleTree was clean. Staff were pleasant. As Diamond Hilton members there were no special upgrades or above and beyond perks (we did get vouchers for one day breakfast) We have found that to be the case at other resort style locations too. Kids enjoyed pool... More
