We were so looking forward to this stay. Check in was fine, though impersonal. No bell service. The room had a veiw of the parking lot where a bicycle group was staging an activity. Went to the lift for cocktails. Having just driven all day,and being kind of hot, I ordered a gin and tonic, my husband a beer. The waitress... More

I am not a traveler who goes away and picks hotels randomly. On a recent trip to Yellowstone and Teton NP I didn't know if we would have time to make it down to Bryce and Zion. It turned out that we made the trip.As we got closer to Bryce I became increasingly upset by seeing the motels that we... More

This is a beautiful hotel, our room was very nice and clean. Unfortunately, our experience there is remembered by our worst experience there. On our last night there, we dined at the Lift Bar which is an outdoor patio area. Very lovely. We found a table and seated ourselves. Which is what you are suppose to do. There were a... More

Thanks for the time and effort you put towards providing us some feedback about your recent visit to our hotel. I am very disappointed to hear about the seemingly complete lack of attention you received while attempting to have a pleasant meal in our bar. I want to have an opportunity to speak with you directly so I can fill... More

The Grand Lodge is a very nice hotel with super nice quality amenities in the room and around the place. Rooms have everything you need including a microwave, small refrigerator, hair dryer, AC, wifi, etc. There is an indoor and outdoor pool with the indoor pool having a waterfall feature above you. The bar and lounge area is large and... More

Thanks for your review of your recent stay at our hotel. It makes us all feel like we have succeeded in our efforts to hear that our guests have enjoyed themselves. We do have a fantastic facility, our efforts focus mainly on delivering hospitality that matches the wonderful lodge. The owners' goal was to develop an establishment that blended with... More

Stayed for four nights, 8-13-14 through 8-17-14 with two children as we toured Utah and Colorado. The lodge was simply beautiful from the main foyer to the rooms. The rooms were upscale rustic, all that was missing was a fireplace and they would have been over the top. Beds were firm and super comfortable. The location was perfect for us... More

This hotel which is no longer part of the Hilton Hotels Group is a 'grand' skiing lodge which is stylish and well appointed. The bedroom we were allocated had every comfort and facility and the bathroom was fairly recently updated. Beware however, as some of the bedrooms are up stairs with no lift access and no porterage. The staff are... More

Thank you for taking the time and effort to give us a review of your recent stay at our hotel. The staff and I are all very disappointed to hear about how you felt about your experience. We would not enjoy much success if we performed to this level with any degree of regularity. I am particularly bothered that I... More

Thank You for your kind review of our hotel. You may already know, but we have gone back to our independent status since your stay in March. We found that our identity fits our Grand Lodge moniker much better than our affiliation with a national chain. I want to promise you that should you return, you will find us to... More

We had a tent site at Cedar Breaks but because of thunderstorms we decide to stay at the lodge. It's nice but pricey. We also decided to eat at the restaurant upstairs but were very disappointed. You are paying for location.

Thanks for your comments regarding your stay at our lodge recently. I am very disappointed to hear that we did not perform up to your expectations. I was an early check-in just by an hour or so and was not charged any extra. The front desk clerk accomodated my request for a top floor corner room for privacy. Large size room with very comfortable beds and a great view.
