The halls leading to the rooms are a little dated which gives a bad first impression. However, great location to the lifts. Studio was small but very well kept. Not like I have read. Well supplied kitchen, fridge with ice maker, even had complimentary condiments. Enjoyed the flat screen T.V. Great fire place that kept us cosy.

I had reserved a condo for three of us guys for a Friday night. I spoke with Jim over the phone to make the reservation. I had an idea of what I was getting myself into at this place. The rooms looked dated online, but we were happy to have the fireplace and kitchen included. The idea of making dinner... More

My 12 year old son and myself decided to stay at Timberbrook Village from 2/28-3/2/2014 because of the nightly cost for our budget, walking distance to the lifts and the driving location was close to the entrance & exit of Brian Head. Unlike some of the other reviews, I had ONLY good experiences with my communication with the property manager... More

We arrived the day before Christmas after skiing to the condo . The accommodation was dated and not very clean. The loft bathroom bathtub was full of water. However we overlooked that and proceeded to shower and change. The bad news no hot water. I called Jim the manager . He came over, removed the fridge and oven door in... More

My wife and I went to Brian Head for our ski vacation, we were given very little information upon booking our accommodation, other than to call upon arrival. We called 40 minutes away and were told that we would have a room available when we arrived. When we called to meet with the manager to collect our keys, he had... More

My boyfriend and I travel often, and this is by far the worst hotel we have stayed in. First, the website is misleading. Pictures show a two bedroom room, and it is a single room with a bed and a set of bunk beds. It also says that it is ski in, ski out and that is incorrect as well.... More
