ok for price, but major problem no open-able windows and a noisy AC, without AC room gets hot and stuffy, with AC on too noisy to sleep well. Friendly and helpful owner. Located centrally in this small village.

As other reviewers have noted, this is a recently refurbished, basic but clean motel, suitable for an overnight stay in a pinch. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but lacking in amenities one would expect at the prices charged, such as a coffee maker, hair dryer, and fresh linens for a multiple-night stay. It's close to false advertising to say... More

The owner was very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and comfortable to stay in. A great place to spend the night while passing through. We were satisfied with our stay. On the downside though, we had a very poor wi-fi signal. Hopefully this is resolved. Obviously not a 5 star hotel, but very worth the price.

The Mokee is a really sweet motel. We were greeted in a really friendly way and offered the use of a picnic table to eat our dinner later. The room, although not the biggest, was equipped with lovely wooden furniture and there was delightful art work (some available to buy) all around. There was a good fridge and microwave. That... This is an old motel. Meets all the basic needs. Beds comfortable, clean as a pin good value for the money! Managers nice. Walls painted. Repairs of the tub and window air conditioner works! Fridge and microwave in room. Little touches to make it feel homey.

It was nothing fancy but exactly what we needed. It was very conveniently located. It was the easiest check in - they know exactly who we were. The hotel was very clean. I would definitely recommend this place to someone else.

I decided to stay at the Mokee Motel since I looked for the least expensive accommodation for one night only in this area. This is an old building and room shows it but I did not expect much for the price I got. I had to push in the door lock of my room in order to lock it. I... More

After being advised that everywhere in Bluff would be booked up because of the Navajo Nations Fair that weekend, we were thrilled to find a vacancy at the Mokee Motel. It was a lucky find and after originally checking in for just two nights we decided to stay a third. The Motel is not newly built but, it has been... More

We found this little place after driving for hours. There were no vacancies anywhere else in the surrounding towns and if there was a room they wanted $190 for the night (this was around midnight mind you). No way were we going to pay that much to sleep a few hours. Came across this place around 2am. Had to wake... More

A small motel, sorrounded by flowers, with benches and table for each room, cosy and with it's own style. Rooms are immaculate clean, simple but with all comforts needed (private bathroom, A/C, fridge and TV), but what makes the difference is the owner. The motel is run by a middle-aged couple, ans the husband follows the contact with guests. Burt... More
