This hotel was probably one of the worst places we have ever stayed. When we entered our room there was a distinctively foul odor. We went to the lobby to try and change rooms and they would not but instead sent someone from housekeeping with a deodorizing spray to our room. Did nothing except irritate our eyes and noses. Extremely... More

I'm reviewing all of the hotels we stayed in on our recent road trip, and this was so memorable I have had to look it up to remember which one it was. Even then, the most memorable feature of the stay was a massive thunderstorm which put the power out, which we sat in the window and watched. Couldn't use... More

The hotel was a good value for the area considering there isn't much around. Quality Inn would have a gold mine if they put some money into this hotel. We stayed here to be near Four Corners Adventures and Natural Bridges National Monument. The town is desolate and the only place we found to eat was a Subway. Quality Inn,... More

During my stay, I came down with the fever. The manager and staff, went next door and acquired gatoraid and crackers at their own expense (I reimbursed them), the next morning at my request, because I was so sick that I couldnt leave the room. They procured the items I needed delivered them to my room. They also called during... More

I'm writing this review for my husband because I thought people should know about this hotel. He went to Blanding for his grandmother's funeral in February. They hadn't cleaned his room when he went in, so he let them know at the front desk and went out. When he came back, no one had cleaned the room and he didn't... More

This was a last second decision to break our journey into two days. The price was high for what you got. The room was clean and quiet. The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was uninspired.

I have had a 4 night/5 day stay. My room was ready, clean, comfortable, quiet and cool. It was great to have a refrigerator to chill beverages. The housekeeping staff was friendly. The bed and pillows comfortable. Bathroom was missing a plug for the tub, but the manager provided one effiecently. I didn't use the pool, but it looked good... More

I enjoyed my stay. I was there with my sister and 2 younger brothers. I requested a room with 2 queens and rollaway bed. The rollaway bed was in the room when we checked in, the front desk called to make sure everything was good in the room. It was surprising how they manage to make sure that we are... More

First, our keys wouldn't unlock the doors, finally on the third attempt the key worked. In the morning, the front desk worker was very rude when our key didn't work. I remember her saying very snippy, "What do you mean it doesn't work, I just programed that key!" Our room was OK. There was no elevator, so we climbed up... More

We were bit hesitant looking at few reviews but found out reviews are not accurate. We were glad to be here. Very nice beds, hot breakfast, indoor pool and spa. Great hotel for remote area. Definitely pay a return visit.
