This is a lovely old Victorian home that has been beautifully renovated and cared for by the current owners. The home has a very warm and inviting feel, the rooms are large with private baths and the breakfast is by far the best in town!

Who knew there was a B&B in Woodville? My mother was from Woodville, and I still have family in the area, so I've been to Woodville hundreds of times. But when the WHOLE family shows up at once, there's not enough room to stay with the family that lives nearby. So we heard about the Village Street B&B, and our... More

This is on the top of my list of B&B's we have had the pleasure of staying at. Ruth makes you feel like you are at home. What she has done with the place is awesome - and knowing that an ancestor of mine built the original home, made it even more special. To know that she put such love,... More

This place feels like home! The decor is beautiful, the bed is very comfortable and the owner is absolutely delightful. Wish all my business trips could be this enjoyable! Stayed in the carriage room which was very cozy and plenty of space. May have to make it over this way again on a pleasure trip.

What a treat to spend my birthday-day at this beautiful B & B! Ruth made us feel right at home and there was a bouquet of fresh flowers in the Lavender Room to welcome us! We were able to enjoy the ambiance of long-ago with the furnishings, high ceilings, and ripply windows of the old house; yet, the modern conveniences... More

Ruth is delightful, the house is large and comfortable, and the location was great for a family reunion in Woodville. It was very sweet of her to bake brownies for us to have when we came in that evening. Its a nice option instead of staying in one of the local hotels, especially for a group.

King size bed, large tv, spacious tub, and a tremendous breakfast. The outdoor patio is a nice area to enjoy a calm night. Ruth is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. Will stay here again if ever in Woodville.

My family had the BEST time here. The B&B was extra clean and decorated beautifully. It was quiet, yet located close to everything. The owner, Ruth, was just a delight. And she cooked a fabulous breakfast. Will recommend Village Street to everyone I know. And we can't wait to go back !!!!

As soon as we opened the door, the scent of banana bread welcomed us! Wow, what a beautiful welcoming place! Enjoyed the stay! Felt so pampered! Cooked wonderful breakfasts every morning! I feel like Ruth is a new friend. Want to go back soon!

Ruth and her family have created a 'home-away-from-home' with the Village Street B&B. Ruth has thought of every detail to make her guests comfortable. She stocks each room and bathroom with every amenity imaginable from ear plugs to fluffly socks! I am looking forward to my next visit, this place is a true gem in the Piney Woods.
