This bed and breakfast was absolutely wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The house has lots of character and some very interesting history. Breakfast was fantastic as well. I would love to go back and stay again. Enjoyed everything!

Cannot say enough about how wonderfully relaxing and peaceful our stay was. My Husband and I have experienced plenty of B&B’s across the country, and we both agree, that hands down this place is at the very top of our list of “must do again”. Tim Carmichael has owned this vintage mansion since 1999 and definitely is “the Hostess with... More

I was very impressed with this quaint little gem. Tim was so welcoming and made me feel right at home. I stayed in the Carriage House, with this Relaxing view, and The Dogwood Room was excellent. Do not miss the Great breakfast every morning! I had a Wonderful experience staying here, and I look forward to coming back. My rating...... More

I stayed here while I was interviewing for a position at a local hospital. The property is beautiful and the antiques were lovely. My room was a generous size and was very clean. The owner, Tim, was eager to talk about the history of the place and was very knowledgeable about the local environment and business establishments. Breakfast was very... More

This is a great place to get away and relax. The owner is helpful and goes out of his way to make your stay wonderful! Breakfast was delicious. The pool was a nice bonus. We will most certainly be back! If you are looking for a nice get away, this is it!

Stayed again this past weekend and as always was very pleased. The pool is open and great to sit and have a glass of wine while the others swim. The rooms in the carriagehouse have undergone major upgrades with new tile and wood floors and big screen TV's (big plus). So glad to have a holiday weekend to get away... More

My family had our reunion at Thee Hubble House. The rooms were clean and there many places on the grounds for our family to gather and visit. We spent most of our time by the pool and the covered gazebo. Tim, the owner, was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was also second to none. We will be back.

Upon arriving we walked up on the front porch which appeared not to have been cleaned this year. The owner came downstairs and greeted us in his bare feet and a rather unkept appearance. If we had not paid in advance, we would have left at that point. We stayed in the Magnolia room and it was grossly overpriced for... More

I sincerely apologize your stay was so horrible. Often when guests make reservations at the last moment they can catch us unaware. I am still recovering from a broken neck and neck surgery and have to rely on others to do the things I have always done myself. I never charge your card until after breakfast and I do wish... More

We made last minute reservation and spent a quick night here instead of at a hotel and it included breakfast. So for the price, I thought was great. We love having a yard and home access available in place of a hotel. Tim made a fabulous breakfast. Our room could have been a little tidier. If you are on a... More

Beautiful historic property with period furniture. Lovely grounds and gardens with pond. Wifi and pool are a real plus. Host is very hospitable and accommodating. Breakfast was always awesome. The town itself is charming. This is my third stay here. Will come back again.
