We enjoyed our stay at the Inn. We were greeted each morning with kind smiles from Denese and Dan, along with great coffee. I asked for decaf and quickly was served the best coffee! Thanks for the kindness and service! The property is well laid out and peaceful and quiet. Thanks!

Wimberley Inn quickly became one of our favorite places in Texas! We have stayed at the Inn on two different occasions and each time we fell more in love with the place. The rooms are very comfortable and the property is beautiful! It is very quiet and peaceful there - really a great place to get away and relax. Dan... More

We were happy from the time we parked. No one enjoys a check in...its boring and everyone just wants to get to the room right? Well I walked into a drove of folks checking in and a smiling curly headed Deanne said she'd help us in just a moment. No problem! So this check-in was sort of fun for me... More

Went to the hill country for a wedding on Friday and spent the weekend. Denese & Dan Washam, the innkeepers here were nice people who have a lot of knowledge of the area and what to do. Room was nice, clean and the breakfasts were good. Hey anyone who has Siracha hot sauce gets an A in our book. We... More

Several months beforehand, I reserved several rooms for my W&W Divas. Denese was so friendly that I felt I was working with a friend for the excursion. She helped with recommendations for the area and made sure that our every need was getting a solution. My "girls" (60 - 85 yr old) loved the experience. They did not want to... More

Wonderful site, beautiful ambience. However the management seems, unfortunately, intolerant of family get-togethers on the patio after 8:00 p.m. We were spending time with my sister for her birthday with our eight- and ten- year olds on the back porch when the management approached us unsmilingly to tell us to "clean up after ourselves" and to let us know that... While we make every effort to assure the comfort of our guests, we have limited opportunity for anyone who is not a registered guest to be on the property. This person was not a registered guest, she and her unruly children were visiting her sister who was staying with us. Instead of asking them to leave we asked for them... More

This Inn is located in the Beautiful Wimberley, TX. It has the small friendly Inn feel with clean rooms and cute charm. Well kept grounds, within walking distance to our favorite Blue Hole, Cypress Creek and Wimberley Square for restaurants and shopping. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back, as the owner stated, we are regulars... More

Just returned from a Wellness & Wisdom retreat at the Wimberley Inn. Denese & Dan were gracious hosts to our group of eleven. The rooms are large & very clean and their property is surrounded by beautiful trees & shrubs. The setting is very peaceful especially sitting outside by the fountain with the 'mannequin pis'. The inn is located just... More

Thank you for your wonderful review! It was great fun having your group with us for a few days while you were practising yoga and enjoying nature. I also had a wonderful time sharing a demonstration of aromatherapy and how to make organic sugar scrub for weary feet. We welcome you back any time, there's still more to explore in... More

The hotel is clean and has a good location. The parking is bad. The management is somewhat unfriendly and hard to get along with. They refused to give me a receipt when I checked out and their "rules", although common sense, are over stressed to the point of being annoying.

It's odd that when people are abrupt with us, we're considered rude. Hmmmm. This guest was given his credit card receipt when he checked in. When he was leaving he asked if he could get a receipt. I reminded him that he received his credit card receipt when he checked in. I also offered to produce an invoice which would... More

I was a little leery to stay here after reading all the reviews. I almost cancelled my reservation but we had family staying there for a nephew's wedding and I didn't want to be the odd person out. I must say it was very nice....everything I worried about did not come into play. It exceeded my expectations. The rooms were... More
