Great place in a lovely wooded setting. Immaculate home and plentiful food for breakfast. Dave and Donna are lovely people and the home is warm and inviting. We stayed in the Fiona room and is was quiet and serene. The only warning I would give is that if you have a low clearance rental car, take it easy and slow... More

Donna and Dave have created a beautiful little haven. It's just minutes from the adorable town of Wimberley but you feel like your way out in the country. The Ffiona room was beautiful and filled with all kinds of lovely family photos and sweet touches that made it feel homey and comfy. Donna and Dave cooked up a wonderful breakfast... More

David and Donna were the nicest people. Very clean room. Awesome back patio to sit, chat and watch the birds. We even saw a buck! Breakfast was great. They had all the info on the local attractions. Would definitely go back!

We had a fantastic time at the Prow'd House. The hosts were fantastic and the breakfasts were to die for! My husband & I rented the King Suite (upstairs in the cottage) and our stay was unbeatable. The king-size bed was SOOO very comfortable. I couldn't get over how quiet it was! We loved sitting out on the balcony watching... More

Decent. Clean. Very good breakfast. Owners and their big dogs share the small main house with guests so helps if you like dogs. Owners are very friendly but my introverted spouse felt like a visitor in their home and could not relax when their bedroom door stayed open at times. Tip- Cottage rooms better because away from owners so less... More

Beautiful, off the beaten path, B&B. Peaceful and quiet. Dave and Donna, the owners, are warm and cordial and make you feel like you are old friends. I highly recommend their accomodations! Great for a weekend romantic getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this b&b. The house and cottage are striking in their architecture. The "prow of a ship" windows in the main house provide a wonderful view of their own little corner of hill country heaven. We stayed in one of the cottage rooms which was equipped with a porch swing right outside the sliding door... More
