All your paying for is a glorified parking spot. Management has changed at least three times in two months. People speeding through the park and loud booming sound systems make it hard to rest. The high speed internet doesn't work most of the time. Their is no cable television to speak of. We will be moving to another park as... More

Honestly I'm laughing out loud at the fact these folks wanted to charge me $10 for bed sheets. My wife and I were headed back home to east texas from colorado and found Wichita falls as a happy middle spot. Called this place up they had our requested cabin available and wanted to charge us an extra $8 per person... More

when we made the reservation nothing was said about a wristband fee for the pool, mini golf, and fishing. when we arrived the total was 52.00 when I inquired about the wristband the young man said they had to charge everyone for them even though I didn't want them. I just wanted a place to spend the night. We will... More

We stayed here one night on our way to Moab. The sites are very spacious and level concrete with grass. Not much shade but the wind blows. Both pools are nice and clean. Miniature golf for the kids. The place is a great bike area for children. With a little staff upgrade of professionalism this place could become a super... More

We were staying here in our RV, in preparation to move east, after selling our house. The water out of the hookup was brown, the internet was intermittent at best, the cable tv hookup was always snowy, there are gas powered golf carts flying down the road all day. Was on monthly rate for about three months, last 4 days... More

Was at Kids Fest last weekend and the people working at your table need to look more professional as promoters for your resort! Perhaps they could all stand, be dressed in nicer clothes, (shirts with logo?) smile, not have things for sale (TACKY!), just brochures and info and little something free for kids. The people who manage and promote your... More

We had a terrible experience during our last visit. When we arrived we were told that we didn't have reservations even though our credit card had already been billed. After proving that, we were given the key to the cottage only to find that it had not been cleaned yet!! There have been a minimum of 3 management changes over... More

Their tv reception is a joke and they won't refund your deposit till they get around to it. Been waiting over a month. And the manager is super hateful. And says get over it. They won't let you talk to the owners that they say half to refund the deposit.

I stayed here during the Polar Vortex. It also happened to be my first time setting up my RV. Jan was very accommodating and concerned about making sure that I had everything that I needed. The shower facilities were a life-saver and so warm and huge. It really helped make my stay much more tolerable after suffering through a cold... More

We have stayed here twice. The positives are very clean restrooms, nice pull throughs for RVs, very nice cabins, nice extras (pool, eateries on site, etc.). Negatives: the free Internet was not good. It was hard to find and once into their network it was iffy. If u need to work on vacation don't count on the Internet. Otherwise a... More
