We had a terrible experience during our last visit. When we arrived we were told that we didn't have reservations even though our credit card had already been billed. After proving that, we were given the key to the cottage only to find that it had not been cleaned yet!! There have been a minimum of 3 management changes over... More

Their tv reception is a joke and they won't refund your deposit till they get around to it. Been waiting over a month. And the manager is super hateful. And says get over it. They won't let you talk to the owners that they say half to refund the deposit.

I stayed here during the Polar Vortex. It also happened to be my first time setting up my RV. Jan was very accommodating and concerned about making sure that I had everything that I needed. The shower facilities were a life-saver and so warm and huge. It really helped make my stay much more tolerable after suffering through a cold... More

We have stayed here twice. The positives are very clean restrooms, nice pull throughs for RVs, very nice cabins, nice extras (pool, eateries on site, etc.). Negatives: the free Internet was not good. It was hard to find and once into their network it was iffy. If u need to work on vacation don't count on the Internet. Otherwise a... More

My family of four stayed here for one evening on our family vacation. It was our first evening on the road. We were camping in a fifth wheel traveler trailer. Their RV spots are spacious and have all the hookups needed for comfort. Their bathroom/shower facilities were very modern and convenient. The playground and pool areas were very fun for... More

Visited here for a family reunion. Really is a fantastic place and grounds. We stayed in the cottages #2 beautiful decor, EXTREMELY clean. Comfortable bed and sheets! We had the bunk house down by laudry mat (Not sure name) Awesome. Definetely a place for get away.

We love Coyote Ranch Resort. It's a quick weekend gettaway from Dallas. I've taken my whole family a few times. Great Grand Parents, Grand Parents, Kids and Grand kids and we all have a blast. We've stayed in the cabiins and the Cottages. Both are wonderful

I must be honest... only stayed here so I could say I stayed in a yurt (and so I could use the word yurt in a conversation). They were very accommodable, as we arrived at 1am to pick up the keys at a prearranged drop off box. It was a cool December evening and there was snow in the ground,... More

Regarding the RV sites, they are level, concrete pads with the latest hookups. The staff are friendly, and the shower and rest room facilities are immaculate. We stayed in our own RV but did check out the facilities. There is a chapel, a great lodge and a store at the checkin building. All stone, Texas style buildings. Overall, a great... More

This is the 3rd time I've stayed at the "resort". Everytime the service gets worse and the level of quality drops. This may be acceptable for those renting RV pads... However, people that rent the cabins in a promoted resort environment (at a premium) require more. My most recent stay included challenges with pests, ongoing power outages and no soap... More
