The Hotel was terrible. We had to move 3 times to find a decent room without a smell. Then the iron didn't work there was a big waterbug in the room their was not a microwave in the room either. The pool had cold water and the hot tub didn't work. The hot water kept going out in the bathroom... More

I usually stay elsewhere when I make my annual visit to Wichita Falls, but a friend offered to let me share her room here. She said she'd stayed here for several years and it was a decent place. I honestly thought the building was a warehouse when I drove up; it has no exterior windows and the sign isn't lighted.... More

Set this reservation up 8 months in advance for the Hotter Than Hell cycling event held the 3rd week in August. I was initially put off by the $200 per night rate with taxes and a two night minimum. The manager assured me this hotel was the "nicest in Wichita Falls" and "right next to the start of the Hotter... More

I have been staying at this property for at least 20 years during Hotter N' Hell weekend. It has been going down hill for the last 20 years. It hit rock bottom this year. I can't believe there are hotels in WF rated worse than this one. There was a long line at check in since the computer was down.... More

Ownership needs to step it up! I really feel for the staff. They did everything possible to make us comfortable but there is only so much a person can be do with the resources available. This place needs a serious cleaning and infrastructure makeover. Note to Owners and Management...Shame on you! Take care of you staff. They busted butt and... More

This is a summary of our evaluation of your hotel for the weekend of August 23-25, 2013. We have been watching/experiencing the continued deterioration of your facility over the last 12-15 years at the annual Hotter n' Hell Hundred bicycle race. With escalating enthusiasm over the years, our group of 11 individuals has opted to lodge anywhere but your facility... More

This place needs a deep clean. When we checked in, our registration card(paper) had toner burns on the edges. We were roomed on the second floor. Upon entering, we found big fans drying off some water leak in that area of the building. They were on several floors too. Our "clean" and ready room only had one single hand towel... More

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. The general manager graciously waived the pet fee so we could bring our dogs along without having to worry about that. He upgraded us to a suite and had wine and a card waiting for us. Of course the hotel is in a transition / remodel process and will become... More

I thought this was a wonderful hotel. It's very unique with its indoor pool, game room, mini putt putt golf area, and lovely breakfast area. The staff was all very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about our experience. It is an older building and is undergoing some renovations which I think will make it one of the top stays... More

The hotel looked nice but smelled of mold and mildew, the desk clerk was nice but the housekeeping was terrible, we booked a room for 3 nights and had to ask for towels and wash cloths, the front desk lady said they were short of housekeepers since our room never got cleaned, and the so called breakfast wasn't good at...
