I'm not sure how this hotel manages to keep a franchise. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, but that only goes so far when the condition of the hotel is this bad. Bathroom was dirty - hairs left on tub, next to the yellow stain. Pillow smelled like BO. Bedspread had melted chocolate, or worse, smeared on the inside. Housekeeping seemed put out. the cook told us after our event was over that our food should have never been served, but they made him do it. they had cleaned the air ducts while preparing our diner/deserts and dirt was' flying everywhere.' the majority of our group tasted grainy particles in our food. extremely disgusted with what with could have inhaled! more

What can I say? Our suite had no air conditioning due to dirt and dust blocking the ducts. The pool was closed to hotel guests on both Saturday and Sunday for private birthday parties--which was offset by the fact that the "heated pool" was not heated. The hot tub was not working. It was awful!!! Half the equipment in the gym didn't work, tiles out of the ceiling, hot tub broken, trash still on the floor from the preveious quest. I made arrangements for a convention of 200. Everything was handled with aplomb from the initial planning through the time of the event. The staff went above and beyond their duties and my expectations to take care of everyone with our organization. I can't praise them enough for their efforts. more
