I have mixed feelings about our stay in White Bluff. The golf course was amazing. Both of them. However I feel that they need to be trained better in hotel management to call their selves a resort. We too felt the EXTREME inconvenience of the detour. Oh my goodness. Literally a 20 minute ordeal to get from the lake to... More

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by having to replace the bridge. The bridge is completed and we hope you will return soon. I am confident your next stay will be without incident. Please ask for me should you return and I will see that you are compensated for the previous visit. Thank you More

My husband and teenage sons played the old and the new course. They spoke highly of the both courses and the staff. My husband said he would return to play either course, but would not stay in the resort again. I WOULD NOT recommend staying within the resort either. When I think of a resort I think of having everything... More

We own property here and have for many years, so in order to get our money's worth we stay in the hotel and use the so-called amenities. Have stayed here easily a dozen times OUT OF SHEER NECESSITY. Customer service is the usual heart of texas hostile- what passes for manners in this part of texas is somewhere just south... More

I apologize for your experience and would appreciate a call to get more details since I cannot identify you from this source. We did not act properly refusing you a late check out if we did not need the room for an incomming guest. Also if you call me I can provide you with resource to purchase you resort credits... More

My room appeared nice but I noticed a weird smell lingering the whole time. There is a serious plumbing problem there. First, when I tried to take a shower, there was no hot water and the tub would not drain at all, so my only option was a cold bath. Then our toilet clogged up. When we called for maintenance... More

An apology for what you described seems so inadequate although we are truely sorry. What you described is certainly not acceptable and definitly not the norm. I hope you will give us a second chance to show you what White Bluff hospitality is really about. Please return as our guest and ask for me or our lodging manager when making... More

Stopped by White Bluff for lunch and to visit our property. Ate at the grill in "New Course" clubhouse. Both the club and rueben sandwich were good. Our server was very freindly and most helpful. Wish I had brought the clubs and hit a round since the weather was so nice. Can't wait to come back and spend a full... More

This is a hidden gem of a resort on Lake Whitney just about 30 miles west of Waco, Tx. Nice amenities and marvelous golf here which would complement a football weekend at Baylor in Waco very well. The town of Whitney is small so you will want to get a room at a condo with a kitchen or eat in... More

I will start with the good points first: 1. Good size condo for a fam of four as the sofa is nor a sofa bed unless u bring an airbed. Though is looks like with sofa bed/air bed it can comfortably fit 6-8 people. 2. Decors are Texas country style and nice! Not too fancy! 3. The aircon and fans... More

We just spent a relaxing, fun weekend at White Bluff. It was only an hour and a half southwest of Dallas but felt like we were much further away. The townhouse we stayed in was well appointed and comfortable. It had a gorgeous view of the full length of the 18th fairway (Old Course) out our living room window. Our... More

My parents own a home at White Bluff. For our wedding, my wife's family and my family came to White Bluff Resort for the week to celebrate. The ceremony and the reception at the Lighthouse were fantastic. We had a great time all week enjoying the lake, the pools, and the golf courses. All the staff members were very friendly... More

I recently visited White Bluff looking for a site for our coporate meetings. This is a gated golf community. The minute you drive through the gates you can feel the peace. Very quiet and beautiful. The hotel rooms are nice and mine faced the lake so I got to see a beautiful sunset. The massage at the spa was exceptional.... More
