We had our family reunion here. Even though there were 40 of us and there were other families there too, it never seemed crowded. We spent most of our time by the pool which was charming; protected by the wind and next to two party rooms they let us use while we were there. There is so much to tell,... More

The Lodge is amazing considering the new owner, Pam, basically had to start from scratch after the previous owner gutted the cabins on the way out. The rooms are clean, the air/heat work very well, the pool is clean & crisp and the restaurant is open and delicious! I have been there during all seasons and we are welcome and... More

We had our wedding here, by the way we had to change venues to here at the very last minute due to flooding in other areas. Not only was The Lodge on Serenity Cove not underwater.. it is a beautiful location overlooking the lake. We had our ceremony on the water which is exactly what we wanted and they also... More

My girlfriend and I had a great time at The Lodge. As far as writing a rating it’s difficult because we had the main area all to ourselves, and they are doing a LOT of work to the property. So while we really enjoyed our stay, it may not be the same situation when there are more guests. What I... More

I am very disappointed with my experience this past weekend. My towels were stolen by the cleaning people, and replaced with paper thin ones. I don't even know why they came in and took them, mine were not white like the ones provided and were much thicker and bigger. There is a reason I bring my own towels on vacation.... More

The service and overall atmosphere was amazing. We love it here and will definitely be coming back. The scenery was gorgeous. Great site for family or any other type of get away. Food is also amazing, and really decent prices. I highly recommend camping here. You will not regret it.

We have had our family reunion here two consecutive years so we dealt with both owners. The new owners bent over backwards for us to insure our reunion was a success. the pool was the best around the staff stayed on top of keeping it cleaned. the rooms were updated and comfortable. Just an overall good experience.

We held a family reunion at the lodge and it was great. This is an older place with new owners and it's coming along. I love that the cabins are rustic and outdoorsy but clean and have air and television. And the pool area is spot on. Felt very comfortable but with a camping feel still about it. So if... More

My family had our reunion here over the weekend, and it was so wonderful! It is under new management, and she has made so many drastic improvements! All of our rooms were clean and beautiful. The pool was open and our kiddos barely got out of it! We will be returning next year for our reunion! The new owner, Pam,... More
