Our family had their reunion here this year with 75 people attending. When I called to make my reservation I spelled out my last name and gave my credit card information thinking all was ok. A few weeks prior to the reunion a cousin called the resort and asked to be close to me at the hotel. She was told... more

I brought my clients here for a retreat and had a great time There are very few places you can take clients that is this affordable, not to mention an hour from Houston, where you can you take them fishing and golfing in the same day. They have a neat bar and grill called Tiki Joe's(which happens to have the... more

My husband and I just spent our anniversary at the resort and had a wonderful experience. We are both hotel and restaurant managers so this secluded place was exactly what we were looking for in our brief getaway! Our stay at the Courtside Inn in a king room was quiet and the rooms although older were impeccably clean. The property... more

We stayed at the Inn and the rooms were clean, but dated. The cleaning staff at the inn were good with what they had to work with. The pool was only opened to 8:00PM. I took my laptop to do some work and the room at the Inn did not have internet. They said I could use the Offices wireless... more

I stayed in the Inn, buit other family members stayed in the villas. My room was clean but very dated. The Inn needs to be completely redone. The room I stayed in smelled... more

We have been residents of Columbia Lakes for over 20 years. We frequently eat at the club restaurant and as you can imagine, have seen it's ups and downs. Currently it has the finest waitstaff, and dining room management we have experienced. They can't do enough for you. We also feel it is a diamond in the rough and with... more

We stayed in a 2 bdrm cottage at this Country Club for a wedding on June 17, 2004. The cottage itself was nicely set up. It was a little brick building with an entrance door on either end, and sliding glass doors in the middle. There were 2 double beds and a bathroom in each bedroom. The rooms are connected... more

My husband and I are from West Columbia and have stayed at Columbia Lakes. We also have been members of the club. While the property is beautiful, the service and food are sub-par at best and not worth the price. more
