For the price, it was great. A clean room, a working heater and comfortable beds. My room was in the third floor overlooking a gas station and a Sonic. Great location. Very close to the basics. I have lived in this hotel since around Febuary or March 2008, I was on the third floor first and when the a/c in my room repeadtedly uleaked water all over my floor I insisted that I be moved. When I was moved to another room the a/c there also broke many timesand the toilet kept overflowing the final straw... more

I would NEVER recommend ANYONE staying at INTOWN Suites in Webster, Texas. They are not one bit customer friendly and treat the guests as the enemy - not paying residents. The management on site is a joke but the upper management is just as rude and insensitive. There are much better places to stay where the customer is treated with... more
