We just returned from a three day mini-vacation at Lone Star Yogi and have not a single complaint. I booked this trip back in the Spring for my husband and I, our two daughters and sons-in-law, and our 13 month old grandson. It was our first family vacation since our grandson was born, and our daughter is 5 months pregnant,... More

Booked a premium rv spot back in March for the grandkids to go to in July. When they got there they were stuck way in the back. Several phone calls back and forth did no good. Different explanation every time I spoke with someone. The absolute worst was on Saturday there was NO water and NO sewage facilities. They kept saying... More

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of losing power during a portion of your stay. Normally we never have any issues that involve the loss of electricity for any significant period but have had several in the last few weeks. This place is terrible! Rude & uncaring staff (pool staff on phone instead of watching the pool/slide areas & Joe the "manager" had no power to give any information or make any decisions when issues arose). Old rusty/falling apart slides--a major accident waiting to happen! Power out on Saturday night with no compensation & slides not working at all on... More

In the past we have gone to Yogi in Waller and had a GREAT time. This past weekend was very different. The customer service was awful the staff was very rude. They even admitted to me the staff member lied because they were not proppery trained. The night staff was hiding out with their lights off so they could chase... More

Drove the 3 hours and had reservations for two separate cabins. 2 hours before checkin and glad they let us use the park. Kids loved it but as a parent I can see tons of safety issues all around me. Also the pool staff (no lifeguards on duty) were not friendly and seemed not to care. Most were on the... More

This was our 3rd stay in four years. In the past we had stayed in cabins with little or no incidence...so I felt confident in placing a reservation for a camper trailer. After speaking with a rep and booking a spot in the "new" area... I had a nagging feeling I should read some of the more recent reviews. I... More

I was able to schedule some leave to take the grandkids camping. I selected Lone Star Yogi because it had high ratings and some friends gave it outstanding reviews. I was not disappointed with all the amenities provided. There was way more than a 7 and 9 year old could ever have completed in one weekend. When the power went... More

I paid for my adult children and grandchildren to stay at your facilities in Yogi Bear park on July 11 to July 13, 2014. I rented a cabin for them that was supposed to have A.C., cooking stove, and I thought clean beds(without roaches, fleas or bedbugs), but was I wrong. Your power went out on Saturday, the 12th, around... More

Low water pressure in showers and they need more lifeguards around the pools. The new rv campground is too far from the pools. The fishing pond needs to be clean out from the algae. More help on the slides to regulate traffic.
