I found out when checking out that this hotel was closing 3 weeks after I stayed. That explained the popcorn ceiling falling down and the faulty outlets. I was very disappointed that I had to pay so much for a hotel that was not being maintained.

Had king size bed in large room. Has been painted and remodeled with new tile floors in bath. Room had microwave, refrigerator, coofee maker, hair dryer. Walls were painted a dark green so room was not bright even with all lights on. Linens needed to be updated, but bed was very comfortable and clean, quiet location.

This hotel has easy on/easy off to I-35, and is walking distance to Baylor University. This is an older property, but the rooms are upgraded and clean.
