A very nice, clean property centrally located in Waco. Staff is extremely cordial and the management is helpful and receptive. A very nice hot breakfast is provided which adds to the value. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Have stayed here twice and will return in the future.

Comfort Suites tends to be one of my favorite places to stay with a consistency of quality rooms and breakfast, and this hotel met our standard. The location is somewhat awkward on a one way service road, however, its right on the Circle. Convenient to most locations. Rooms clean, service good. Breakfast very good with wide selection.
