Hotel is old and ran down. Management was rude and unhelpful. My friend had another guest enter his room late at night. Desk clerk was appologetic, but management did not care. I will not stay at the Clarion again. Next time I will pick one of the nicer hotels in Waco like the Quality or Comfort.

At 4 in the morning I had another guest enter my room. The hotel booked my room twice. The front desk seemed not to care and stated it was not the first time. I left early that morning and the mánager called. She seemed to think it was no big issue. The room was dirty and smelled
