Attending a convention in Waco, this hotel is great. Right across the street, parking becomes a non-issue. Breakfast service was very good. We had no issues with our room, it was clean and well appointed. The convenience store was poorly stocked (we were told it was because a large group of little league players had been in before our group... More

We had reservations for a friend and family weekend. My car broke down just as we got to the hotel. We were tired and very distraught. We walked through the door and met the coordinator who welcome us with a beautiful smile. She took outstanding care of us. We had food and drinks and a very relaxing time that evening.... More

As a senior traveling with my teenage grandson, I wish they had a two bedroom suite, but I got a one bedroom with the living room and a huge conference table. They rolled in the hardest foldout with bumps I've ever slept in. Air filter needs to be changed as well. We passed on the $10 breakfast and ate on... More

We had a king-size room with roll-in shower reserved but when we arrived, were told it was not available. We were told at the desk that only meant that IF IT was available when we checked in. WHAT??? The desk clerk was very pleasant, and found us a room with two queens and a roll in shower. The hotel and... More

As we were attending a conference at the Waco Convention Center this location was fantastic! Always a mystery when checking in the staff were very courteous and professional. When we learned that our reserved suite was no longer available, they discounted a King room and threw in 2 comp'ed breakfast cards. The room, albeit small, was clean. No sign of... More

At Marriot we had a room with refridgerator and coffemaker. The room was nice and Clean. Slept well in the bed. The staff was nice and friendly. We visited a convent at the convention center close to the hotel for four days. We had planned to stay 5 nights but we liked it so much so we asked for three... More

The beds were comfy, the blackout curtains let me sleep in and it was very clean. I came here for one night on a business trip. The hotel is located right across the street from the Brazos River. I was able to walk to the Riverside and take a nice stroll. It is mid July in Texas, so I was... More

We recently stayed during a Baylor trip. The hotel staff was very pleasant, the room was clean and the location was close to where we needed to be. There was a Ninfa's down the street and the food their was great. There was a bridge and river nearby and it made our evening walk enjoyable. Parking was limited and hard... More

The Courtyard Waco has a very friendly courteous staff. From the registration desk, to the breakfast servers to the bartender. All of them were very accommodating and personable. The bartender suggested a restaurant in the area which I tried out and it was very nice. The rooms are clean and nice. It's also a beautiful area for a walk or... More
