The first room I had was on the third floor.... Which is what I asked for.... The door would not open with the electronic key... So I had to walk back to the lobby on the opposite end of where my room was.... Got new keys and still couldn't get in... The woman working at night came and tried to... More

The bed and bathroom were OK. Bars on some of the first story windows made me wonder about the safety of my vehicle. The easy chair in the room was beat up. I have seen better for free on Craigslist curb alert.

I stayed here on my business trip and it is very good. I stayed in #206 which is luxurious and best price compared to other hotels. This was as good as a 4 star hotel. The hotel staff treated me very well especially the hotel manager is very kind enough to show me the best available room. I liked the... More

Run, do NOT stay here. I was staying there (with no choice) while attending a local school. Cost of motel included in tuition. Food was stolen from my refrigerator, I was told I was lying about it. The following week a classmate was stolen from. The last week ended with the manager out screaming in the face of a Veteran,... More

Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were decent. However, upon check-in, I found trash in the trash can. After the first night, the bed was not made up - but the room was serviced for trash and fresh towels. Not sure what the deal is with the housekeeping staff. Check out was quick and easy.

We usually book at the ABVI on Franklin, i accidentally booked at this location 11/22/14 and I will never go back. The only good thing about this location is the fact that it is so close to the stadium. Once we entered the room i thought it was completely out dated. You could immediately smell mildew as the bathroom walls... More

Our team was working in Waco for a week, I am usually the one that picks the rooms, this week the guys wanted to go a little cheaper so this is where we stayed. I have actually gotten cheaper weekly rates an the rooms were much nicer. Lets see the young man that checked us in was really nice. The... More

We had reservations using the Americas Best Value Inn Value Club. The man that checked us in said he had never seen that card before and did not seem happy with the discounted price we had received. Lobby was not air-conditioned. The King room was very spacious, included a microwave & mini fridge, air-conditioner worked well & the shower had... More
