When I got to the hotel, there were burn marks in the sink, Room 142, they did change me to the room next door 143, there weren't enough plugs in the room and when u woke up yesterday morning, I was scratching big red bites were in my arms, ankles, back. Sounds like bed bugs. The breakfast was awful. I... More

You get what you pay for. For starters, the lights were not plugged in by beds, the light didn't work over the sink, the towels were like sand paper, you could see thru the wash cloths, a dead roach fell out of our clean towel, there was a nasty rubber bath mat in the shower which harbors germs. Overall absolutely... More

This could be an awesome hotel. Location near Baylor is great although there were pan handlers in parking lot. The awesome reviews of this hotel are obviously a poor attempt to get their rating up. There is no confusion as to the poor quality here. Breakfast consist of dry cereal and milk, coffee, and waffle machine. Nothing else at all... More

Our expectations were low, and they were exceeded---on the LOW side. Where do I start? The only positives were the friendliness of front desk staff and the cold air conditioner. Water in shower/tub comes out 1/3 from shower head and 2/3 from faucet, ALWAYS. Carpet was damaged beyond repair, hair dryer didn't work, tube tv, windows and carpet are filthy,... More

Where to start? Another couple, my wife, and I stayed at the ABVI for the inaugural Baylor game at McLane Stadium. Our room was the better of the two but was pretty dirty and there was blood on one of the pillows. Not sure when the sheets were last changed either. Pretty sure a small child could have come through... More

Booked this hotel based on a stay at another ABVI in Albuquerque NM. While my room was ok, the amenities were poor. Advertised free WiFI but it was not working. The breakfast items were limited in selection and there were only 3 tables for a facility that probably has 200 + rooms. The facility maintence appears to be lacking. According... More

When we got there the lobby was very impressive. Front staff was ok. We get to our room to rest for a bit and the room however was a different story. The middle of the bed sank in BADLY and as we sat down on the ends of the bed we literally rolled to the middle into each other. The... More

This hotel at first glance when walking into the lobby appeared pretty decent for the cheap price. However, once in the room, it became evident quickly that you get what you pay for. Curtains were made of thick rubbery material that had a moth-eaten appearance and hung crookedly. Windows were very dirty. Light came into the room around the door... More

Ran out of breakfast both Saturday and Sunday mornings before 9:30. Clerk was totally indifferent. Ask for clean towels he wanted to hand them to me instead of house keeping and wash cloths were omitted. Not worth the money paid or service received.
